We are taking our first steps with Brilliant Directories, and although we haven’t fully mastered the platform yet, the initial experience has been very promising. It seems to have everything needed to handle almost any type of project.

We chose Tier 6 mainly because we see great potential in what this platform can achieve in the long term. As our project is non-profit, we need a robust and flexible solution that can grow with us. Brilliant Directories seems up to the task, but there are a couple of aspects that raise some concerns, such as the storage limits, bandwidth, or the need to spend on other premium features. It would be a shame to encounter these limitations in the future, especially since we’re working on a non-commercial initiative.

I wanted to make a customer loyalty program for my cleaning business with three tiers with different perks at each like frequent flyer programs. With all the capabilities Brilliant Directories brings to the table I am going to be able to improve my customer journey.

After taking the initial steps to set up my directory site, I can already see that Brilliant Directories is worth every penny. The platform is highly customizable, packed with features, and offers immediate opportunities for generating revenue if you have the right concept. I regret not purchasing it during some of their earlier campaigns, as I could have been profiting all this time. I appreciate this new opportunity and look forward to diving in and building something exceptional with Brilliant Directories! 1. The customer service is excellent, the product is a good product, but you can have a good product and the reviews of poor customer service will take your business down immediately. I am telling you get in NOW! These guys are going places and I am going with them. If you see Brillant Directories get it because they are about to be big time and everybody knows it, just type them in on YouTube and see all the videos that come up from other people. Companies don’t convince us to buy products the consumers do and they have spoken. 😆

2. They deserve a review on trust pilot and I am gonna give them one on their customer service and once I use the product thoroughly they are gonna get another one for their product..

Has been both a life saver and time saver. So many opportunities to build out the ideas I have had over the years in building.

As much as I love wordpress websites and sell them, this gets many jobs done for me and my clients.

✅Tier 3 and beyond is the only way to go I say.
✅Customer support is off the hook, incredible and quick.
✅They are very generous when you are generous with them regarding reviews.
✅So much support in the tutorials and weekly lives.

The first impression is really great. Everything is super clear and super easy to use. You are also very well guided with tutorials and are therefore not left alone. I was very happy to have found this product. Now I had been working with it for a while and then I came across a point that I find very or extremely visually disturbing here in Germany.

It's about the date format. BD offers three versions, e.g. for US/UK. These formats are not common in Germany and are extremely unsexy for a domestic project. The support has also written that they are not prepared to change this. So there is no possibility to enter a date in the format day.month.year (31.01.2024) or day. MONTH year (January 31, 2024).

Furthermore, I had not found a way to store Google Fonts locally and according to the help page it sounds as if they are also directly connected to the Google servers, which in turn is a major data protection problem in Germany.

Unfortunately, I can't use it this way, even though it's a really great product on the whole.

BrilliantDirectories.com is a tool I have been looking for for a long time! The platform is incredibly user-friendly and packed with features that make managing directories a breeze. The customer service is very responsive and helpful. Whether you’re setting up memberships, customizing fields, or selling content, it provides excellent performance for its value. If the LTD in Appsumo is over, wait for it in the future. The investment is worth it for the stability and functionality it offers. I have been using it for three weeks now, and I like it so far! 1. The tool is very customizable and flexible. It focuses on member engagement with features like newsletters, forums, and even job boards.

2. It also has built-in monetization tools, but I will not be using them right now. All my members can access it for free; however, I may use it if my site becomes popular.

3. The LTD is an excellent value proposition as it provides not just membership but also directory listing, which may help drive traffic and increase your custom domain in Google SEO.

4. It has extensive support, videos, and documentation, so you will know where and how to get started. Remember to read or view them, as they will come in handy when setting up your own site.

One wish is for them to provide an initial turn-key option so that people like me can tweak it instead of the many templates. But I still love it.

A friend of mine recommended checking out Brilliant Directories a few months back and since the deal came back to AppSumo, I decided to give it a shot.

The platform looks simple yet flexible and the support so far has been excellent. The founders and team are extremely responsive and always willing to help to make this platform your own.

I had a idea for a project and this platform looks very promising for the project - unlimited support, hosting and platform make this tool a no brainer.

Super cool the whole deal and product!

I purchased Tier 6, as much as I like Brilliant Directories at first glance. I was put off by many of the add-on are not included in the deal! Only 34 of 81 are included, those that are not included will require additional subscriptions. It will not be cost effective for me to migrate my Worpress sites having to activate add-ons that will cost more than $100 per month! Most likely will be requesting a refund soon.

Initially I was on the fence about getting this deal as I was not sure how I could use it in my niche which is about career change. I was seeing the 5 star reviews and decided to dig further. And boy I was surprised by the active facebook community, product documentation guides, and use cases discussed in their webinar wednesday episodes on youtube. One of my keytake away in building paid membership was hosting private podcasts valuable to my audience and I'll be using hubhopper on AS for this. I think there could be more monetization options here and pretty much excited with this tool. Note that there is a small learning curve in setting up the site, however they have marketplace of BD experts to help you (at extra cost of of course). If you have used wordpress before, than it would be easier. I'll give 5 tacos to the team for having ltd of the product and highly recommend if you're building a community or listing site.
