My favorite thing is that I have all my Ai powers in one place. I haven't quite mastered all it's capabilities ut so far so good.

Since I have bought Merlin, I have been using it every day. I love the ease of use and the outcomes that are made. Sure, sometimes I need to tweak something. And that's okay.

This is saving me so much time, I stacked to license tier 3. Not because I think I need the limits, just because I am truly happy with Merlin!

Merlin AI is one of those tools that you can use right out of the box. It's beautiful on the eye, very tidy, looks polished, and easy to access.

Merlin AI is great for starter users but also has more in-depth features for pros.

For a lot of features, there are helpful guides and videos.

Merlin has a whole selection of delightful features that makes productivity a walk in the path.

You can do anything from scraping a website, chatting with a youtube video, using built AI Tools, creating your own chatbot, generating images, using different ai models, using crafts which uses a claude like setup where you can generate code and preview or edit it in real time.

Merlin AI has an active community and a great team.

They have a very productive roadmap. There is even a Merlin Mobile App. The features are less, but I'm sure they will upgrade it regularly.

There are other great tools that are similar like Triplo AI, Voilà, Typingmind, and Harpa, they are all excellent as well.

I would say grab Merlin if you want things on a plate as it's a joy to use, and they have been around for a while, so they're not going anywhere.

Merlin is simplistic but also feature rich.

Oh, let's not forget about the generous amount of credits you get plus your own use of OpenAI API key.

Merlin will probably be back in the future on Appsumo, but I'd grab it now as it makes life a lot easier. Just don't rely solely on it :)

The extension does not detect that I logged in and still showed a 100 credit limit instead of the tier 2 that I bought which is 12,000 credit.

Even after I purchased Merlin, I still mostly used Chat GPT. However, as I explored it more, I realized how powerful Merlin is. I have now started using it more regularly and I really like it.

I recently started using the Merlin application with high expectations for its AI capabilities, but I encountered several frustrating issues. The "Summarize any YouTube video" feature doesn't function as advertised; instead of providing a summary, it redirects me to the YouTube video itself. Similarly, the "Summarize any blog in seconds" feature redirects me to a blog platform instead of generating a summary.

To make matters worse, the credit system is completely random. While it initially worked fine, it suddenly started consuming 20 times more credits for the same operations, which is both baffling and unacceptable.

Given that the AI tools are not functioning as advertised, it raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the existing reviews praising the application—they seem highly questionable, if not outright fake.

I reached out to the team for assistance and hope for a prompt resolution, but at this point, the application's functionality and credibility leave much to be desired. I urge the developers to address these critical issues immediately.

Merlin is actually a pretty solid tool with many useful features. The pricing is reasonable, and for the most part, it does what it promises.

But—and it's a big but—be ready for some occasional hiccups like random bugs and crashes.

Which leads to the real deal-breaker: their support is an absolute disaster.

The chat support folks are friendly enough, but they basically can't solve anything. When you hit a real problem, they'll escalate it to the technical team, which it's like sending a message into a black hole. If they do reply, it's usually a super lazy one-line response that comes a week later and does absolutely nothing to fix your actual problem. It's like they're doing the absolute minimum to pretend they care.

Bottom line: Merlin has potential, but their support turns what could be a good tool into a complete headache. Save yourself the headache and check out other alternatives.

I like the summary feature on Google Search and YouTube.

I like the AI reply features on social media like X. It does need to provide better replies though.

I like the ability to refine prompts using prompt scientist and ability to create custom chatbots.

I really like and use the native Android app.

I think the UI can be simplified as I find it clunky.

I highly recommend it. Try it and decide if it fits your workflow.

I have been going back and forth with Support, primarily Pritam and it's been frustrating.

My question is simple - what is the value of my current usage in my Pro account? Pritam has not provided me with the answer after several emails.

Pritam's last email said that the value of GPT 3.5 is $0.004 per use and I should now use that to go calculate it myself.

Ummm... thank you?

And... umm... how do I calculate that when 99.9% of my queries have been GPT 4o?

Is it really that difficult to calculate it and tell me "Based on the number of queries you've done to date, it is estimated to be $___ if you were to pay based on usage."

I wasn’t aware before how much AI assistance could help me with my tasks and daily needs. Merlin has quickly become a problem solver and a life-saver tool for me. It simplifies my daily work, saves me a lot of time, and boosts my productivity. I truly believe that every professional, especially those relying on ChatGPT, should have this tool.

The only bad thing is that it offers only 20000 credit, it should offer at least 50000 credit deal on AppSumo. If it will really happen in future I will be the first to buy it.

This is one of the best investments I’ve made in a long time, and I highly recommend it to anyone considering it. Merlin is worth every penny!
