Notch is a Notion-like document editor that lets you draft, sign, manage, and share all your contracts in one place.
Stop jumping between documents and signature tools! Use this Notion-like document editor to draft contracts, proposals, and documents. Embed rich media and tools like Loom videos, Typeform, Google Drive, and more. Build contracts with blocks for an intuitive user experience. Store and manage signed agreements securely in an organized space.
Best of all, Notch makes it easy to collect legally binding signatures inside the doc without using an additional e-signature tool. Insert signature fields into contracts and other documents with one click. Collect signatures from multiple signers simply by sharing the link. Send mobile-friendly contracts so clients can sign on the go.
Want to stop playing email ping-pong with clients? Notch lets you enable direct access to any contract using a personal link. Control access permissions so only the right people have access to contracts. Embed PDFs, images, audio, files, and more—all in one organized place.
And because you’ll get live Slack notifications about new activities, you’ll always know the status of your contracts. See when prospects open and view contracts so you know when to follow up. Get notifications about downloads and interactions like embedded comments.

Notch has provided me the hands down worst customer experience with any product. And the reason is that they simply won't reply, no matter what. I tried for months in various channels, even finally on LinkedIn, and got nothing but stonewalling.
Their product is absolute garbage, a readymade codebase wrapped into a half baked proposal tool, that does not have ANY version control. That means if you make a mistake in the editing, all your work is permanently gone.
This happened with my company, where due to their editing bug we lost a full workday for a 10K€ project proposal. Even worse, this proposal had been sent as a link (how Notch intends), so the content of the proposal was lost for the prospect as well.
When checking online about the team, it also seems that they are running out of money, and are desperately looking for additional funding. So the team is broke, and that's why there likely won't be any notable feature upgrades.
All in all, I would advice HIGHLY to stay as far away as possible from this product and their team.
Appsumo please check the last reviews and the tool itself. No updates no responses from their support! It is an abandoned project and should be refunded!
I invested in Notch through AppSumo, attracted by its sleek interface and promising features. However, the experience has been disappointing.
Lack of Automation Capabilities:
In 2025, a digital sales platform without robust automation is inadequate. Notch's roadmap mentions Zapier integration, but for complex workflows, this is insufficient. There's a pressing need for comprehensive automation features like webhooks, APIs, and integrations with tools such as Make and n8n.
Unfulfilled Promises:
Despite promises of new features and improvements, there have been no significant updates for months. Critical functionalities remain "coming soon" with no concrete timelines, leading to operational inefficiencies.
Pattern of Overpromising and Underdelivering:
The Notch team frequently responds to user inquiries with vague assurances, such as "we’re still here and thinking about what’s next," without providing concrete timelines or updates. Thinking about what is next is just not enough! Overpromising and underdelivering damages trust!
Given these issues, I cannot recommend Notch. The platform's potential is overshadowed by its lack of development, support, and essential features.
This product had great use-case and great potential from where it was. But since purchase a lot has been promised, but very few things delivered on and updates has been zero in the past - i would assume last 6 months - and support is nowhere to be seen.
I have had a teammember who can't access their account because of a lost password and the "reset password" function is not working so he's been locked out of the account with his genuine email adress for almost 6 months. I also requested that it was critical that they added a feature that you can let certain team-members only see certain groups of deals - and this feature has been "coming soon" for over a year and it cost me that a partner i shouldn't have trusted had gone through our deals, stole our ip, our messaging, pricing and other critical info as well as potential leads and started a competing business.
I don't fully blame Notch for the last thing, but it sure didn't help.
The software still works, but i am considering it a dead project and it is unfortunately currently as good as it is ever going to get.
Great product, amazing value and almost 5-stars, but lacks deep level details for tracking of changes, versions and access. Will update my review when added.
I love how easily the setup was and the options and templates!
I was originally buying this more out of supporting founders of my home country as I did not really see any use for myself ... But this really changed quickly as this is such a awesome and very useful app! I love all the smart thinking and creativity the Notch.so put in here and the continuous development and how it is evolving!
Thank you Notch.so Team! Vielen Dank und macht weiter so! Ihr seid die Besten!
I technically have a tech stack that can do all the things that Notch is designed for. However this experience is alot more pleasant and smooth. This document generator is what Notion pretends to be but is specific and focused.
The Good
-Low learning curve for both myself and my clients
-Loaded with elements like type heading type, 1 click team member bios, tasks, timelines, offers, tables, signatures.....file and video embeddings. This is absolutely feature packed.
-Some branding elements
-Client chat feature with tagging
-Audit trail including interactions with insights (such as time in document)
Opportunities
-Full branding control and the ability to manage multiple brands from one account. I run multiple small businesses and have little need for larger user headcounts. I would rather be able to distribute under multiple brands.
-Templates are ok but I would love to see template blocks. This would allow me to quickly create customized specific agreements with preset blocks where I only have to update the variable
-Speaking of variables--they don't exist as far as I can tell. That should be a relatively easy addition where I should be able to easily add a client contact with some information and it automatically maps to the client data
-Lightweight CRM for clients. This would make the variables function a reality. CRM can literally just be Business Name, Authorized Signer/Rep, Email, Phone and address.
Overall I questioned if I should keep this tool as I don't really need it.....but I'm keeping it.
Its so fluid and intuitive to use that it feels like punishment to use my other existing tool set. Great job so far!
Hey, I just wanted to leave a quick review. I’m a German user and have been searching for a long time for a tool that even comes close to the quality of Notch. I LOVE this tool! If I could, I’d give the developers 10,000 tacos. Everything works flawlessly, it looks incredibly professional, and it’s super easy and intuitive to use. An absolute must-buy!
Thank you so much for this outstanding work!
I've used Notch so far for the management of a rental property, and I like what it brings to the table !
I've been able to easily build up the contract for my renter, and for the first one I didn't use the upload document feature, but I'll give a try for the next one because it seems pretty easy to use and I think it will add up a lot for the user experience on the renters side.
Being able to see it in a all in one platform is great, and the signature process is quick and easy too.
I'm issuing rental payment proofs directly from the platform and its easy peasy !
I'm also building up a platform for my side hustle contractors, the end-user side is clean and easy to use.
Great deal.
Copy Paste still doesn't work, and the buggy editor forces me to refund.
looked very nice at the beginning. but its very complex to use and most features are still missing. i tried to ask but never got an answer.
Pros:
- Clean UI and UX
Cons
- Feature is very limited
- Too focus on "agency" orientation
