What AppSumo did well:
TidyCal is intuitive and user-friendly. I was able to set up a single account, connect my calendars, and set up booking types with ease. I had it all done in about an hour. I’ve tried several scheduling apps and TidyCal was by far the easiest.
What AppSumo could do better:
Onboarding instructions could be much more clear and concise, particularly for teams and multiple accounts.
Suggestions:
Clearly state on the “Plans” page that each teammate must purchase a separate TidyCal account. Once in the teams settings page, clearly state that each teammate must purchase a separate TidyCal account.
I’ve had to send between 5 and 10 emails to your support team and I lost 5 days of production because these items were not clearly stated up front.
Please pass this on to whoever needs to see it. Hope this is helpful for future customers.

I have high hopes for this product, but it's still too early to say with any certainty that I love it. It seems very promising though.
It's like that big expensive counterpart. Does the trick. Easy to setup and integrate with your website.
I have purchased at least 5 Booking products from AppSumo and only a couple have worked out well for me.
TidyCal has been a good simple to use calendar for my clients. It has the basic features needed without all the extra bells and whistles that may or may not cause extra problems when the software fails. It sends out reminders, allows me to change schedules easily, and even allows me to charge for a booking session.
Give TidyCal a try and see for yourself that it will do any basic booking project you need.
I have used Tidycal for 15 months now so enough time to note any issues with it and the total number of issues I have with it is - zero!

We felt misled on what Tier 2 included. It certainly does not allow for "unlimited" accounts to what we'd believe to be a functioning product. Candidly, I never knew there was a tier lower than Tier 1 so was surprised to learn that other teammates needed to additionally purchase a Tier 1 license at minimum to leverage the functionality at Tier 2 the way it was designed.
When contacting support/sales at both Tidycal/Appsumo, the responses were slow and unhelpful to come to a middle ground.
Though Tidycal is still a better economic choice than a PEPM competitor, i'd advise others to leave ample time to test this solution so that you can get a refund if you don't want to deal with the nuances the more expensive tools don't have.
I was skeptical at first, but I only wished I had switched sooner. Bravo team!
I really love the Teams feature! This calendar has worked flawlessly for me for the last 2 years now. Never a double book and I have it pre check 3 different calendars. I am sharing with all of my networking groups. A MUST PURCHASE.
