Automate workflows with no-code integrations
Albato is an amazing tool that has truly impressed me with its quality and functionality. The UX and UI are excellent, making the user experience intuitive and enjoyable. If you're looking for a great alternative to Zapier, Albato is definitely worth considering, especially for those who need complex, multi-step solutions.
The support team is simply outstanding, and this is no exaggeration! They helped me build the automation I couldn't create on my own, showing patience and expertise. A special thanks to Dariusz for his incredible support.
In my personal experience, I’m using Albato to connect Tidycall to ActiveCampaign, making it similar to, if not even more efficient than, the native Calendly app. With Albato, I was able to separate first and last names into two distinct fields, assign different names for the six calendar types in Tidycall, and transfer them to ActiveCampaign, placing all the questions through arrays into the various fields of ActiveCampaign.
Believe me, this tool is worth its weight in gold! I genuinely want to give my honest feedback: no one paid me for this, but I just want to express my appreciation for the Albato team who helped me with my work and are saving me money!
I have been Albato for last 1 month and here is my honest review who has some software background...
1. As they mentioned No Coding / Technical skills required, its not like that. This requires you to have technical knowledge.
2. UI is not easy.
3. Very bad technical support. Its been 1 month, they couldn't even solve my 1st technical query. They take long hours to reply you, sometimes days. You have lot many other work in the life, you cannot sit all the time to wait for the reply.
4. I have used free versions of Make, Integrately, Pabbly Connect. They are much better than Albato as they provide very easy UI. For me Albato didn't work on the day 1 and after that its really annoys me to visit again.
After the bad experience of 1 month, I am gonna claim for refund.
Albato is for me a great cost-effective choice against zapier and pabbly, very easy and intuitive to use. I am at this moment happy to have found this deal again on appsumo.
I can't recommend this product enough! It's the ultimate alternative to make.com and Zapier. Don't miss out on this incredible deal—grab it while you can!
I just looked or an alternative to Zapier. I use Make and Zapier for my automations. There everything is clear. 1 Step, 1 Zap.
Here is it a little confusing for me.
A little Automation Google forms -> Slack (144 Operations).
For heavy automations, right now it's not the right one for me because a lot of apps are not supported.
- Close with important actions
- LinkedIn Ads
Important Triggers are not there
I think this Platform has definitely potential, but for me (right now) - no the best solution
I've been waiting for the support team to get back to me about resetting my password. Every time I try to reset it, I receive an error message telling me "Something went wrong. Please contact our support team". It's been two days, and I'm genuinely surprised they haven't resolved this issue yet. The support seems lacking.
I'm sure the tool is great, but I can't even log into my account, which is confusing. For now, I'm giving this tool three tacos. Hopefully, I can change that rating once I'm able to log in and actually use the system.
Connecting Apps is seamless
I am used to Make and Zapier. I find both tools easy to use and support is good. I prefer Make to Zapier since the former is less expensive. I find Albato complicated to use, could not build more complex automations using http module and I get errors which I do not get on Make and Zapier. Support was fast to respond on the first hand but then very slow on following up so in the end I do not have any automation working after 3 days. Unfortunately, this is a no go for me
Having come from make.com, which just does the job perfectly well and provides developer support, Albato, as I see it, just doesn't hit the mark.
I gave this a go on another account I have access to, and found the HTTP module extremely frustrating. There was no request body section (which I'd usually just paste in the request JSON body). Instead, it appears as if each body individual parameter needs to be defined separately. This makes the whole process more complex while taking much longer.
While I'm sure it will be okay for some basic automations, the user interface is far from intuitive and in this day and age, some form of flow builder really is needed for more complex automations so you don't have to keep on changing screens. I really wanted to like Albato as they offer JavaScript built-in which is a useful function however if the platform itself is poorly laid out and missing basic things such as in simple HTTP request setup (which is an frequently used module) it's going to mean more of a hindrance than help.
I'm sure I'm not the only one who's picked up on this particular flaw and in my opinion this type of thing, for one of the most commonly used modules should be absolutely perfect.
Albato is a great global no-code SaaS platform that uses webhooks and APIs to connect different applications. It is similar to Zapier and Make (Integromat) in terms of its multi-services integration purpose, but much more powerful and flexible in terms of its adoption to specific markets and services in different countries. Albato is also very affordable in terms of prices compared to the mentioned brands.
Albato allows you to integrate different cloud services and tools and build custom automations that trigger based on events in one application and perform actions in another. For example, once a user submits a form on your website, you can add their name and email address to the subscriber list on another email marketing platform or CRM. Alternatively, you can create a trigger for whenever a new row is added in Google or Zoho Sheets, it automatically sends a notification to your email or via WhatsApp/Telegram Messenger.
You can also create more complex workflows with multiple actions and even integrate it with ChatGPT to automate content creation, customer support, or feedback/comments analysis and responses. They offer over 500 pre-created integrations within their triggers and actions catalog, but you can also set up your own custom integration or use a template library.
The only thing currently missing is a native Albato integration plugin for WordPress, similar to SureTriggers and Bit Integrations. It would make Albato the best on the market! It doesn't need to be listed in the official WordPress catalog and can be released as a downloadable plugin.
Currently, to integrate various WordPress forms and plugins, we have to add custom code to the functions.php file or via code snippets. This is not as simple as using a native plugin where you can simply select the form or plugin from the trigger list on the WordPress side and then select an action on the Albato cloud side without spending lots of time and effort on custom coding and fields/attributes matching.
I am currently using the Bit Integrations plugin, which includes Albato as a target action app, but would love to have a native Albato version to complement the solution from the same single vendor, similar to what SureTriggers offers. I understand that a WordPress plugin is listed as a feature request for consideration on Albato's extensive roadmap list, but I would appreciate it if they could prioritize it to surpass their competitors completely.
Saving me time by automating mundane tasks I would otherwise have to do by hand. Every little bit counts!
I'm a blogger, particularly over social media. I spend a lot of time reposting the same content across multiple accounts. Albato makes that much easier to do, because I can automate certain tasks. Something as simple as sharing a photo + a link may not take much time by itself but doing that kind of thing 50+ times a day, every day, really adds up lol
Love automating any task I can. It's like an upgrade to my life. Super happy with this software and highly recommend everyone check it out if you also live in the cloud.
I like to be objective and sincere with my reviews so I try to include something I dislike or that could be better.
While it does have hundreds of available apps that it works with, at this time it does not have Instagram integration. However! It is on their roadmap. They have completed the necessary integration on their end but they just need Meta/IG to sign off on it. Not really an Albato dislike directly but it's the only thing I can come up with.
The best thing about Albato is that it is a great alternative to Zapier. It costs less, and I find it easier to set up.
For the apps that I need to integrate, Albato is a better solution than other renowned tools

When more apps and a few more triggers are added, I think I won't find any more flaws
