A Better Way to Collect Customer Feedback

I've been researching products for some time now to collect user feedback, ideas voting, and roadmaps. I even found some good products, like Productboard, UserVoice, and Canny, but they are absurdly expensive for small businesses. When I saw Frill here on AppSumo, I looked for more information, read all the reviews, and had no doubts; I bought the tier 3 license.

I've been using the product for a short time; I actually bought it to use in projects that aren't finished yet, but what I've seen so far has enchanted me! Very easy to use, clean and beautiful UX and the features fit all that I needed.

I'm very excited to use it more and to new features and improvements that will come! 5 tacos for sure :)

Pros:

- Great UI
- Responsive Support and Helpful Founders
- SSO and white-labelling
- Webhooks

Cons:

- No customized email address.
- Can improve Announcements.

Frill is an easy to use and easy to set up roadmap and feedback tool.

Frill's UI design is just fantastic, and its has almost all the fundamental functions that we need.

Suggestions:
(I) Hope frill can help us collect survey feedback in the future, plus some analytics features would be awesome (e.g. analyse the customer satisfaction through CSAT, NPS etc.)
(II) Enable "Dark" mode.

Comparing to ProductStash (now LoopedIn) I can say that Frill has a slight advantage on the UI / UX department.

Comparing to SleekPlan? I think there's some slight differences there. SleekPlan seems to be for getting "feedback" rather than "ideas" but they are similar definitely.

If you are looking for something simple that works out of the box for your Product / Website, take a second look now and buy plus!

The constant tussle we have is - how to avoid bloating our SaaS Solution with features that customers coax us to believe that they cant do without!
Frill elegantly brings about a simple method in all this madness and definitely helps avoid technical debt. Frill - Simple in function, elegant in form.

Great roadmap ahead and really responsive founder!

1. Full marks on User interface. I tried other tool after purchasing Frill but that was way too much confusing for me to operate.
2. I am going to use it for Hackathon for Upvoting of an Idea.
3. As a user i wanted bang for my buck and hence hoping future development of this product to introduce other means of collecting user feedback.
Options: a) Chat b) email templates

4) For status you can introduce a) Calendar views b) Progress indicator in terms of status bar from 0 to 100%.

Really very simple tool which serves it purpose very well.

Frill is beautifully designed and very well built. I love the simplicity and the widget part is favourite.
I see more widgets are coming soon.. (That's I'm excited about).
A gem.

I have one question.
I'm currently on tier 2. I wish to upgrade to tier 3.
The product page shows that I can change the plan within 60 days (I purchased 2 day before).
The deal is leaving Appsumo in few days.
So basically I will be about upgrade even after the deal end (within 60 days) as I have purchased tier 2?
Or do I need to upgrade before timer runs out?

I have been wanting such a product for many years in my mind, to make some of my future ideas come alive.

Product and in general idea brainstorming within a community or cohort is so very important at various levels. Having a product like Frill be able to action that, in a simplistic, lucid way for the users is exactly what's needed.

Happy I came across this deal, and I surely shall be putting this to good use in the near future!

- create a wish list for my nonprofit, let affected children vote while we put a donate link on each wish..

So many ways to use frills. It's an honor to use this tool with such a strong team of entrepreneurs.
