I didn't have enough coffee when I purchased this. Had 11 minutes left before it went buhbye. So mad FOMO. So purchased it, got into the beautiful and ease of use UI, and through an imponderable at it. And BOOM, it spun up a bazillion moneymaker. Look for me to put this schweet idea on AppSumo soon. If you can get your hands on this. DOIT! If I could get eight tacos, it is above and beyond. Buhravo!

Glad your back, I missed this last time. Tried others and must say in a couple of hours, had an agent running an iframe on a GoBrunch virtual office and was blown away how easy that was to do. The initial credits are fine for light use but with the ability to BYOK gives you mega power to these bots. I can only see this getting better; the race is on! Thank you Pickaxe!

I originally left a 5 taco review. I have spent some time with the tool and now discovered that they have limited the GPT actions that makes the tool essentially a lame GPT bot. Companies need to stop making promises on the Q&A. This is not part of the agreement but clearly intended to gain sales. The interface is poor, but I was willing to overlook this for the actions. Refund if I am still in time.

After getting burned by Retune I was looking for a bot building tool for clients.

This is it.

Is the UX & UI perfect?

No.

But you can clearly see the use case here and I feel like I'm building an app that's right now internally for clients with plans to monitize in the future.

5 Tacos, would recommend.

I've been using Pickaxe since they initially launched on Appsumo in July. Over the past few months, Pickaxe has rapidly morphed into a powerhouse of a tool that makes it easy and fast to leverage AI in new and creative ways.

PROS:
- Support
The devs have done a phenomenal job of nurturing an active community by taking onboard feature improvement suggestions (via message board and Google Meets sessions), communicating updates, and delivering how-to's.

- Features
The actions (aka extended functionalities & integrations) have surpassed my expectations and have come along far sooner than I would have anticipated.
Studios are really easy to set up and contain all the functionality needed to sell.
Embedding is free of extra fees, simple, can be done via multiple secure methods.

Of course, there are areas for improvement (IMHumbleO), particularly when it comes to:
- white label when using actions
- embedded pickaxes (look/feel, front end usage tracking, etc.)
- knowledge-base size limitations
- documentation & videos (add more pls)
* Chained prompts without any workaround would be chef's kiss :)

That said, NONE of these are deal breakers for me. The team seems to be CONSISTENTLY hard at work and I trust they'll continue to improve and support the LTD features over time.

With what the tool can do today, as is -- it is worthy of 10 CRUNCHY TACOS! :)

Alright, I am updating my rating. I think there was confusion between action and usage. Thanks for explaining.

Pickaxe just removed the unlimited actions from Appsumo accounts and added them to the Pro ones, $97 per month and $79 per month paid annually. This is a really nice tool, but now LTD users can only use one action per bot, and there is no chance to buy add-ons to get more actions 🙁

Actions are those tasks that will connect the bot with external platforms for automation purposes.
-Just to clarify, they didnt have actions when they were in Appsumo, they were brought in an recent update after and removed several days later.

Just another bad company that wants to screw LTD users even tho they get 10% when we use them. They deserved 0 Tacos!

I made a pickaxe to simply generate an image to convey some text that was inputted.

this worked fine for a few days, giving nice lush detailed images,

but now shortly after the deal has ended the images produced are now garbage as if the image model has been changed.

I even used the same input as previous generations , but it is now outputting very poor quality.

very dubious.

Also: great service. I had a wonderful call with Mike from Pickaxe today (available to all new users), he helped me with my questions, reassured me that the Pickaxe Community is a safe space to ask dumb questions, and gave me suggestions of how to improve our Pickaxes!

The AI Assistant for helping create Pickaxes is a brilliant touch.

Powerful academic tutor! I had a whole heap of dense, dry formal documents to interrogate for a course assignment that required me to answer 100 questions based on those documents. Pickaxe has been amazing! I uploaded the documents into my knowledgebase and set the parameters, so that the replies to the questions came wholly from the knowledgebase. Pickaxe was my knowledgeable Tutor/ academic researcher and replied to all the questions factually and in a way that I understood. Saved me so much time and angst! Thank you!

I am going to give five tacos 🌮 due to potential. Took about 15 mins to get something going, so that was nice. Emailed on how to add a discount in stripe, and they emailed me within 24 hours, so thank you. Still have some c name assistance I need, but so far looks promising. Once you figure out your initial prompt, it’s on! 💥👊🏽
