Do it at your own risk.

To design the product its fine but to use it as 3pl service it's not there.

There are so many missing policies on how the storage, shipping, packaging is handled.

Terrible Onboarding Experience

We are several weeks in since Pietra got our inventory and we have still not managed to get them to integrate themselves with our Shopify stores so they can fulfill orders. Not to mention that even before we shipped the inventory to them there were also delays with the approval process for shipping. They just don't hit their own turnaround times at all. I am highly skeptical of this company and would not recommend with this kind of performance. Their staff stopped responding to our emails over a week ago too. Thinking this will likely become a refund unless they turn it around in the remaining 1-2 weeks, but find that unlikely.

Pietra: The Game-Changer Every E-Commerce Entrepreneur Needs!

I have yet to use the tool fully, but I am very impressed by what I have seen. Pietra appears to be a well-funded product offering genuine solutions for e-commerce operations. Their features are robust and thoughtfully designed to help businesses streamline their processes.

I wish the team at Pietra great success! I urge other Sumolings to act quickly. This is a deal you don't want to miss. Seize the opportunity to simplify your e-commerce journey with Pietra!

Great platform

This is funny because I knew about them before they landed on AppSumo so I emailed them if they ever thought about offering and LTD and a week later they published their deal on AppSumo. How funny. It's a great tool filled with a ton of features that make your work in e-commerce much easier. So I bought top-tier :)

Great product but needs to add some more user friendly features

I specifically wanted to give this a try in order to use their Print On Demand feature for my clothing line. I love the different product options that you can design and add to your collection but I would love to see more formal clothing options and not just streetwear/Activewear/Swimwear in the near future.

I also hope that at some point the Print On Demand portion can be integrated into Shopify because the Pietra storefront is very bare bones and you can't customize your site like you can on Shopify. There isn't even an option to change the URL and customize it currently. I would love the option to put my products into categories / sections and organize the main page better. I also hope that consumers will be able to have different payment options to choose from like PayPal, Afterpay and Klarna. Pay by 4 options are extremely popular currently and people love the option to pay their transactions off in multiple payments.

I did run into some issues trying to use certain features within my AppSumo plan as well. Even though I should have the capability to use all features due to the plan I purchased, I am not able to access them so I need to get that figured out. I had an introductory call with someone and I'm not sure if the lady I spoke to was having a bad day or what but the energy just wasn't there. It almost seemed like she was rushing me off the call and didn't really want to be assisting me at the moment.

Great resource overall, I will be on the lookout for any upcoming changes and hopefully Pietra can integrate some of this feedback in the near future!

Solid platform BUT

I recently bought Pietra Tier 3, and I didn't really know what to expect. I am used to buying products in China using different types of agents to organise the delivery, and I thought I would see some similarities. Pietra offers a complete solution in terms of services, sourcing, storing, e-commerce website, and delivery.

I like the fact that I can now send my products to their warehouse and they organise the delivery for a small fee. I also like that I can send products from different suppliers and they pack it all together for a small fee. This means I can now sell to the USA.

Why is there a BUT?

1. Suppliers are mainly in China, and you can find the same on Alibaba and get the samples sent directly to your company and not the Pietra US warehouse. I would have loved to find an injection company where you can make tailor-made products other than T-shirts and jewellery.
2. The website builder is very poor, but I was happy to see a WooCommerce, Shopify, and Wix integration. This means you can create a customised store with WooCommerce.
3. There is no API or webhook to use or link services outside Pietra.
4. The pricing is very messy; you have to download different PDF files to know your final price. It would be so easy to integrate all options on a page so that if you input weight and dimensions, you know your delivery price, storing cost, handling cost, and so on. At the moment, it's like working in the 90s.
5. I would love to be able to sell on different US platforms like Amazon, eBay, and so on easily. At the moment, it's possible but not practical if you have a high volume of sales.
6. Pietra ships outside the US, but the delivery prices are high, making some of my products not competitive.

I had an onboarding Zoom call, and it was good. All my questions were answered. Will I use the platform? I still don't know because I have to set up a WooCommerce store first and send my products to their warehouse without knowing my exact retail price. I have to read all the documents and create a spreadsheet to know the costs.

I will keep my Tier 3 because Pietra can open a new market, but I wish it was easier to know all the costs and start selling everywhere in the US on many platforms.

Am a bit on the Fence but Pietra has potential

I only bought this yesterday and I've only briefly started to play around with it. I am a generalist wholesale trader (mostly with commodity raw materials rather than finished goods) but I am looking to get into the consumer retail space and thought this might be interesting for me to try out. From what I see so far, Pietra might help me get into retail.

That said there's a lot of suppliers in Pietra, that can be found on Alibaba and so this is perhaps not the most ideal. But not a showstopper. I would mostly be using this tool for AI designing (which currently I find a bit gimmicky, but I think I can work with it nonetheless) and Sourcing/3PL and not really for their store front. So Pietra may be ok for me.

One major drawback is the pricing that is being proposed by many of the suppliers. It can eat into margins by the time you get your products out to retail and there is a high risk that you won't be profitable or just operating a very low margin business.

So you need to be sufficiently capitalized in order to make proper use of Pietra as you will need to invest heavily into marketing as well.

I will continue to explore this in the days ahead. All the best to the team at Pietra

Big Boy/Big Girl Tool

This is a Big Boy/Big Girl Tool is for serious ecommerce builders only. This is not for simple dropshipping that is maybe 5% of this tool and is not were the true power of this resides. The reason why this tool almost does not work for Sumolings is because there is no backend end entry or you cannot embed it or webhook or use an api into anywhere else. Why? Because this tool is 100% turnkey, you do not need anything else to start a merchandising empire. I was able to find a way to hack it with another tool. You can see that here https://youtu.be/JMBLAhjUriA

This tool is well funded and well built and for the price should be consider at the tier 3 level for anyone in the ecommerce. I will repeat this is not going to be your go to tool for dropshipping. This is a complementary tool to a dropshipping check out cart. If you are into that business then this is your tool. If you have an Amazon Store, Walmart Store, Target store or want to get into that business (shhhhuuuu don't tell anyone but that is where everyone is going) then a tier 3 or maybe a few tier 3's should be in your future.

+PROS
+ Complete Turn Key Solution
+ Price for what you are getting (this is a steal)
+ Lot's of training
+ Weekly webinars
+ 1 on 1 Onboarding (Meghan is the best on boarder)

-CONS
- Tech support needs a little work
- UI/UX can get a little overwhelming at first launch. Follows a good flow but... (There are a lot of moving parts)
- Pricing or what things will cost me is not totally clear or you have to dig for it. (There should be a little window off to the side that keeps track of what my cost will be.
- Also need a built in spreadsheet template or download to help people calculate their cost of goods sold or (COGS)

Everyone wishing to get into this business (as most retailers are moving to this online ecommerce strategy) should get at least a tier 3. Again, for what you are getting the training alone is worth $149.

Unbeatable Value and Potential: A Stellar Investment Backed by Top-Tier Investors ...

Please Note: this Review was written with the assistance of AI [GPT-4o], which is responsible for estimating the Probability of Success Rating of 90% (ish) ...

We rarely write reviews, but in this case, we felt compelled to share our thoughts even before using the product, due to the lack of reviews for this incredible offer. It seems there should be many five-star reviews, and here's why:

- **Exceptional Investor Backing:** The company has the support of three key investors—Andreessen Horowitz, Founders Fund, and M13. According to AI estimates, this gives them upwards of a 90% probability of success. Each investor brings unique strengths, such as strategic guidance, bold investment approaches, and operational expertise, creating a robust support system.
- **Unbelievable Value:** The tier three or highest level offer is available for only $149. This provides access to their top plan, which typically costs $1,200 annually, making it an unbeatable value.
- **Comprehensive Evaluation Period:** There is a 60-day period to evaluate this platform, allowing ample time to assess its capabilities and features.
- **Potential for High-Level Performance:** The platform offers an extensive range of features and services, which would be challenging for a small startup to deliver at a high level. However, with the deep-pocket funding from these esteemed investors, there is a very real possibility of achieving superior performance across all functionalities.

We are confident that this platform, backed by such prominent investors and offering such exceptional value, deserves serious consideration and is likely to excel ...
