I got the first tier, so I can automate some text messaging with the 5000 STRs (credits) each month. I used the sim option as I didnt want the extra cost of twilio. Surprise... not only does sending messages through SMS-IT drain the STRs, but so do messages I receive on my phone and messages I SEND on my phone that AREN'T through SMS-IT. According to support, there is no option to turnoff capturing these incoming texts and there is no option to purchase more STRs. Wow. My STRs are leaking daily before my eyes, and I only sent 6 messages through this platform.

Been using SMSit for over a year now.. Tier 3. Works great. If you use GHL you can connect an Android phone for your clients instead of trying to get A2P verified with a Twilio number. That is basically my only use for it but this is worth the one time fee plus $5 per number / month.

I have just started using the SMS it, and so far it seams to be a very easy to use and the best software purchased so far in Appsumo. Still I have not managed to use all its features, as they are many, however the once I Have used so far, very impressed.

Tier 4 shows smart inbox AI, However https://smsit.ai/pricing/ says AI not available to LTD, even simple campaigns not available to Appsumo Members. For even small needed features you gotta go Monthly.

Will be asking for REFUND unless we can go on a call and see somethings working. Seems more like a click and bait. If I have to pay $100 per month then whats wrong with much refined GHL that already exists and they have already removed all the kinks. UI and functionality all is amazing and there is no restrictions in GHL. Also as per Roadmap nothing was completed after Aug 2023 so not sure what is the level of support and Feature launches or bug fixes.

Not sure if I understood the benefit of this Appsumo Deal.

Update: I will schedule a call with support team as advised. And then I will update my review after that.

I have been using it since its launch, so far it works perfectly to send automated messages to customers.

Support is quite fast and features are added regularly, which makes me feel secure to use it.

I have bought Deskera and similar. Switching from a feature full Deskera ERP to SMS-IT CRM was not an easy decision.

Email interface could use an improvement, but over all the abundant features made up for it.

One of the better CRMs that have been offered on AppSumo. I especially love that I have access to the phone number. One thing I would hope to change in the future is to make the sim number connected to ios vs Android (which is the only platform currently supported). Either way, has been great to use.

i have been using them for several years now, lots of features but the one that I use the most is the one that allows me to send very cold SMS campaigns without any issue, I just need to buy a SIM card, put it on my android device, run the app and run the campaign, love it
