All-in-one business software
I have spent months looking for a proper portal software for my video production agency.
I currently have a cobbled-together mess of programs and files and data seem to get lost and I'm not provided a great customer experience.
Over the last few months, I must have invested time and energy into 30+ CRM/Client portal options. All led to a roadblock at some point.
Admittedly I'm early in the setup, and feeling a bit over my head, but the learning resources are abundant are well laid out.
I really thank the team behind this product
SuiteDash effectively fulfills its role as an all-in-one business management platform. It excels by merging key tools like CRM, project management, and client portals into one unified system. Its robust white-labeling and automation features make it especially useful for agencies and service providers aiming to streamline operations while preserving their brand identity. The platform also offers a learning management system (LMS) and integrated support ticket system, making it a comprehensive solution for managing both client relationships and internal processes. Its 5 Tacos all the way, grab it while you still can.
I've been searching for the perfect CRM tool for quite some time, but hadn't found one that fully met all my requirements. Although I was already using and quite satisfied with a client portal, I decided to give this tool a try - and I haven't regretted that decision for a moment.
For my small business, this solution is exactly what I needed. It seamlessly integrates CRM, invoicing, and project management into one platform. The system runs smoothly without any bugs and performs exceptionally well in terms of speed.
The only potential drawback I can mention is the initial learning curve. The platform offers endless possibilities, which can make the first few days of use somewhat challenging. However, this is well-compensated by the comprehensive collection of tutorials that clearly explain every feature.
I can honestly say this product exceeds all expectations and is worth every penny invested.
The whole process from start-up was unable to link multiple Microsoft email addresses, email templates so challenging to work with even when downloading premade templates to which you can barely edit, unable to change any colours, only text, when changing image all the formatting disappeared, white label art not to bad but wouldn't want to be selling suitedash as a viable option as an up to date CRM system, your spend half your life being on support chat, great thought but just no where near ready
I'm impressed that SuiteDash has a very thorough documentation and videos. I think that's a sign that there's very good support as well. Looking forward to a long and fruitful relationship with their team.
It gives you so much, there is no another like this. 5 out of 5
(Note: it takes sometime to fully figure it out) but it’s worth it
Started a business a while back. It has a somewhat steep learning curve but anything is really possible. The support is very helpful and there is enough on the world wide web and documents to help building. Note: it isn't built in a day, but if you make it work, it works, it works good.
SuiteDash is a really great all-in-one business OS.
Pros:
* The documentation is second to none. Really, really great!
* Setting up is really easy (although time consuming because it covers so many functions)
* Easy for employees to use.
* Easy for clients to use.
Cons:
* It takes time to set up. Gotta watch the videos unless you're a pro at database setup.
Wishes for the future:
* Email can have more than one "Sent From". (This is set up once and is the same for all emails.)
* Email would have a custom "Reply To", one for transactional email, and one for campaigns. (I have had potential clients try to reach out from a campaign email and were unable.)
* A Reputation Management tool (5-Star Google Reviews). I currently use a 3rd party tool.
I used to use GoHighLevel, but the pricing was high for what I needed ($497/month) and they don't do proper regression testing, so updates often glitch really bad. When customers are affected, it is unacceptable.
I have bought several tools through Appsumo, as well as testing many monthly paid tools. This is, by far, the best for my business.
SuiteDash is an a very advanced CRM solution. I just purchased a few days ago and I have been watching the videos to learn the basics and get started the right way. I was impressed after just watching the first 2 videos. Mike does an excellent job of explaining general concepts in a clear and succinct way. I think that this is very important because CRM platforms can be highly complex.
I have actually been developing a custom CRM using raw coding. I have also developed a CRM using GlideApps no code software, but I have never actually launched to my clients because I've been concerned about glitches and security. SuiteDash just has so many features and customizations available.
I'm still in the process of watching the videos and learning how to customize everything to align with how my business operates.
For reference, I operate a mobile DJ company that primarily provides services for wedding couples, schools, and individuals. I need to have a solution for digital contracts, invoicing, communication, and document sharing. Currently, I am using multiple different platforms for all of the different business functions so it will be nice to have an all-in-one business solution.
I am super excited to give SuiteDash a full run with my clients during next year's wedding season.
SuiteDash is incredibly powerful, flexible, customizable, versatile, and well coded. It's an all-in-one package to run a small business; it allowed me to integrate essential business functions into just one application. Project Management and Learning Management System is not a core strength, offers basic functions that are probably enough for most users. I can highly recommend; would even purchase more licenses to have room to scale.
I've had Suitedash for nearly 3 years. I grabbed it to help my members to share large image files and video, as this seemed to be one of the biggest pain points for my niche. I did dabble in the docs, but it overwhelmed me. Turns out, I have been pottering about town in a Lamborghini Gallardo! Spend a little time on the learning curve, because the benefits are so worth your time!
I am now getting set up with pages, dynamic dashboards, forms, customised content and the automations I have set up for my business have saved me so much time in the admin. Now they have launched payment forms, I can honestly say I would be kicking myself if I had missed this. Yes, there is a learning curve, but put the time in and you will reap the rewards ten fold.
