This is one of my favorite software that I’ve been using the last couple years and I’ll probably use it for the next 10 years. It works as promised, and you can do so much with it and customize it to make sure that it works perfectly for your business. I recommend.
I am very impressed with TidyCal. They are feature rich, easy to use and does what it says it will do 100%. Pricing is very competitive also.
Tidy cal is SO easy to setup. The hardest part was just getting my marketing wording correct. The rest was a breeze and it looks really nice when done.
You can have one appointment type or many. You can reference many calendars for available booking slots.
Tip if you have multiple accounts of a single type. Add the first account. Then log out of the account in your browser. Then add the second account. Otherwise, it just uses the first account you are already logged into over and over and doesn't give the option to enter a new account.
The only thing I don't like so far is that I can't customize the appointment confirmation emails. The booking confirmation emails TidayCal sends to me as the provider are beautiful and very easy to read. But the appointment confirmation emails sent to my customers are ugly and hard to read because there is no formatting (bold, size differences, etc.)
***To the AppSumo team, please make those look equally as nice as the Booking Confirmation emails!*** Or at least let us customize them ourselves, even at a global level that would apply to all of our appointments. They don't set a very good impression.
I'm very happy with Tidycal. So much so I've recommended it to clients.
It's easy to use. Has multiple appointment/booking options. Can sync easily with my calendars. The only thing I wish it did was sync with Trello without having to use Zapier. But otherwise, I'm very happy.
Yes, it is. More easy and most definitely affordable than calendly. What an app to cause a competition.

I do the administration/session booking for a Walking Football club (we are all volunteers).
Before TidyCal, if people wanted to come along to a session, they had to email me, and as we have over 100 members, and several sessions a week, this got confusing and very time consuming.
I found TidyCal, and this has changed the way our members book! It is so easy!
We have recently introduced a new system whereby they have to pay with their booking, using Stripe, which was extremely easy to set up, and is working so well, and saving hours on bank reconciliation, as they used to pay via bank transfer for each session.
When I've had a query the customer service has been so good, even the AI Assistant is so helpful and gives step by step instructions on how to solve a problem, if not it tells you where to email for help.
All in all, this is an amazing bit of software!
This app has all the features of Calendly and its UI is a bit more intuitive with almost no learning curve.
Does everything it should and streamlines my diary, plus it puts the responsibility on the client to book and amend.
They love the reminders, and I only very rarely get a no-show. In its simplest form, it's very easy to set up, but you can increase its functionality far beyond the basics. For the price, it's unbeatable. :0)

I was using a different scheduling application and when I learned about TidyCal, I thought it’s a pretty good price. I bought it for a forever price and it gives me everything that I need that I couldn’t get from this other company, and it is seriously the best decision! Super easy to integrate, super easy to book, it’s a very clean and professional and appearance, and you can accept payments and create different types of bookings, and integrate multiple calendars. On top of it, the price can’t be beat. I highly recommend it!
