I had the problem of scheduling my agenda for customers, and it was a really nightmare to attend the calls and customers in my shop.
I was messing around with different options, and the best one is Tidycall. Easy to configure, updates immediately my google calendar after a booking or a cancellation and it has a single and affordable payment instead of monthly fees as other options.
By the other hand the team of tidycall is always improving the software with better performances, and in cas you have any problem, they are ready to help and solve the trouble.

If we had this integration automatically it was a little difficult for me to do zapier I Couldn't do it.i would like it to be where if someone booked on my other calendar that it would sync up on tidy cow. That is the only thing that I would like to see happening in the future outside of that I really love it. I have no complaints.
Tidycal is simple and easy to use. I was able to get up an running with it in a few minutes. I switched over from a few other calendar apps and I don't see any reason to ever go back. The price is incredible for the value. I highly recommend it!
There is nothing more frustrating than paying money for something and then getting zero support. Even worse, getting support from an "Agent" that is clearly an AI bot that really isn't helpful.
It's been a week since I've purchased the agency plan and have not been able to use the software due to an activation issue. I've reached out to support multiple times (I think I'm at 3 or 4 now) attempting to reach them by different means. So far I received one email that led me in a loop back to square one, and other than that, complete silence.
My entire lead acquisition funnel that I'm attempting to run ads for is all being held up by this one piece and I'm getting silence.

I set up my availability in like 10 minutes, it magically syncs with Google Calendar and Zoom, and suddenly I’m not drowning in “when are you free?” emails. And the best part? One-time payment. No subscription nonsense. Honestly, I don’t know why I didn’t start using this sooner. Total game changer.
I purchased Tier 2 expecting a reliable team scheduler.
The Round-Robin only works if every team member creates their own account and upgrades, which multiplies cost and makes the feature impractical for real teams.
The UI/UX is unintuitive in several places, but the critical issue is reliability: the app repeatedly books meetings when I’m already busy — it fails to correctly read or respect my calendar availability, causing double-bookings.
I triple-checked my settings and integrations; there’s a small chance it’s my mistake, which is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1.
However, I’ve used many calendar apps (Calendly, Cal, etc.), and if this is user error the interface is still extremely confusing.
If you look through the reviews, there are notes about how this app does not have features that it should have going all the way back to 2020. There appears to have been only a little development on this software in the years since. This software is great, but is of limited functionality if you really want to control your business.
1. You cannot prevent anyone from rescheduling. There should be an option to remove the rescheduling button and cancellation button.
2. TidyCal creates an event on your Outlook or Gmail calendar. Why not save that event ID number in a field so that I don't have to search through Outlook or Gmail using n8n, Zapier, or Make to find the corresponding event?
3. Why is Zapier the only integration? In 2025, you should have webhooks. But, this software is stuck back in the 2010s. So, now you have to sign up for costly Zapier to receive notifications.
4. For each input field on a scheduling form, there should also be a option to leave a description or instruction for the input field instead of having to put it into the name of the input field.
All in all, this product has great value. However, it undercuts that value by requiring a Zapier connection to fully utilize automations. TidyCal needs to do some work to bring this into 2025.
The thing that I like about Tidycal is that it Saves recurring monthly payment. Also, it has almost features that any any Calendar Tool has.
The thing it lacks is that you can Send Only 2 Email reminders. Atleast, we can send them reminders. Because, it is essential to increase show up rate.
Also, we Cannot Customize the Reschedule and Cancel Email Templates. As, at the end of both of these Email Templates. There is a Reschedule and Cancel button. We Cannot remove this button.
Even though I Cancel some appointments if the Prospect is not right fit for me. They Reschedule the Meeting and we feel helpless.
Every good appointment booking tool has WhatsApp reminders option but Tidycal lacks it. Kindly add it in future, it will help to increase the meeting show up rate.
TidyCal is very tidy and does exactly what I need it to do. Simple, direct, easy, reliable.
