I use this to schedule Sales Agents for additional training in my company this app is a gem. It does what is says I even use a third party link Ring central for my videos instead of zoom.
I’m genuinely surprised by how aggressively TidyCal pushes its own branding — even with a premium account. On mobile, the “powered by” branding feels like the main call to action, which is a pretty frustrating experience when you’re trying to offer a professional booking flow. Even most free tools keep branding more subtle than this.
At the very least, premium users should have the option to disable or tone it down. Until then, it’s hard to recommend TidyCal for anyone client-facing.
Been using TidyCal for years and I am still amazed at the feature set and how its updated constantly. Saved $100s on annual fees for similar alternatives. Super duper solid booking software.
You don’t realize what you’re missing until you start using a program like this. I know there are others out there, but I never felt the need to try them, until I saw the AppSumo deal offering a lifetime subscription. That sealed it for me.
TidyCal has been a complete game changer for my business. Being able to send clients a booking link makes the process smooth and professional. Almost every client tells me how easy it was to schedule the exact day and time they wanted to drop off their items.
TidyCal is a must-have. Plus, they’re constantly improving it. Adding new features and making it look and work even better than when I first started using it!
I was really excited to get and try this app. As soon as I started testing it I was getting this annoyance:
"Need an agreement or invoice for your bookings?
Try BreezeDoc. Click to use for free!
BreezeDoc"
Also, unobtrusive Tidy Cal being posted on the page etc. is not really unobtrusive.
I am on the verge of requesting a refund. My main grape is about that BreezeyDoc. If I have to see Tidy cal on my booking pages, I don't want to se this stuff showed down my throat.
Why????
1. Team Setup Terminology and Templates: The terminology for setting up team members (e.g., resources, account handlers) is unclear/confusing.
2 . There's no option to create a product template that can be rolled out to multiple team members, which would be helpful for teams where each team member delivers similar services. Coaching services for example.
3. Inviting Team Members: The process of inviting team members is cumbersome. It currently requires using incognito windows to ensure the correct linking of free TidyCal accounts to the agency account. This could be streamlined to make onboarding easier. After Registrations, the use of Incognito window a must for anything to work...
4. Event Setup: While setting up group events is (relatively) straightforward, there's no option to set a minimum number of attendees required for an event to proceed. This would be a useful addition. Some of the other sections as an even type is created would also gain by being clearer.
4. Stripe Integration and VAT: The current Stripe integration does not support raising VAT on digital services based on the customer's location. This has forced us to implement a workaround where payment links are provided in the body of the confirmation of appointment email, potentially causing a drop-off in sales conversion ratio. This issue needs to be addressed to improve the payment process.
Value for Money - splendid - that is what clinched it - if not the Stripe issue would have had us cancel the purchase - so..... when will you update/improve the Stripe integration? if that is sorted, we are set !!
Switched from Calendly (too expensive) to "Appointment scheduling with Google Calendar" since I have Google Workspace and it was included. But that's super basic and missing a lot of functionality I was used to in Calendly. Luckily I was recommended TidyCal by a colleague and am loving it! I wish I'd discovered it sooner. For the price it's a no-brainer. And it works. And it looks great. What else could you ask for?
Just beginning to dive into the app! Switched from Calendly. Although I need to finish doing all the things to get me set up, I'm loving it so far! Very happy I made the purchase!
TidyCal has been a game-changer for my small business! It’s super intuitive, easy to set up, and makes scheduling with clients a breeze. I love the clean design and how smoothly it integrates with my calendar. Honestly, it’s saved me so much back-and-forth.
I used Calendly for a while, but many of the features I needed were locked behind a pricey subscription; then I discovered TidyCal, bought the Lifetime Access and now everything's sorted. ❤️
Highly recommend it for anyone offering services or running client calls or meetings!
As someone who values personal communication with clients, not being able to adjust confirmation or reminder messages (even slightly) made the tool feel too rigid for my needs.
I ended up refunding the deal, which is a pity because I see a lot of potential here. If email customization ever gets added, I’d be happy to give it another try.
I use the product constantly and I am satisfied.
The notifications could be better, and more efficient.
We need the option to be able to associate a color to each type of meeting created.
