I was really excited about TidyCal until I realised that you can't set up more than 2 email reminders and you can't edit the confirmation email that's sent on booking. I could set up an email sequence in AC, but I was hoping TidyCal to makes things better than Calendly, not more complicated.
I'm also waiting to hear from Support whether there's a variable for the client's first name because I can't stand sending/receiving emails "Dear First Name Surname".
The rest of the app looks great, but without that functionality, I'll refund.

This does exactly what I hoped for.
I love this product. I've used the paid-for version of Calendly for years, which was ok but a bit clunky these days; then they put their prices up, so I cancelled. I needed an affordable booking solution with which I could also take payments. TidyCal was easy to set up, had no integration problems, and was up and running in 10 minutes - and all for a $ 39-lifetime payment! Amazing.
I switched over to TidayCal after using Calendly for the past couple years and boy I'm kicking myself for not switching sooner.
The built in tool that moves everything from Calendly into TidyCal was sooo easy to use I couldn't believe it.
A couple clicks, a sign in to the old platform and everything ported over super fast. On top of that all my calendars were at least 95% spot on, there were only a couple minor details I had to tweak in one or two of my booking events.
What's even better is how easy it is to make updates on the fly.
I had a coaching client request a time slot outside of my normal availability. I was able to login to my account on my phone and quickly add an extra time window to my paid booking event while I was waiting in the parking lot to pick my daughter up from school.
Oh, and then they have analytics built in to show you things like how many time a booking event was viewed, what the conversion rate is for each event, revenue generated from paid bookings, and who knows what else?!?
tl;dr - everything about TidyCal is super easy & simple to use. Do yourself a favor and just start using TidayCal now, your future self will thank you.
He is helping me a lot with the booking of my lessons online, managing the calendar automatically, so I avoid having to arrange with students. The best thing is that the payment is at the time of booking and, applying a good policy of rebooking and cancellation, management becomes easier and you save time and stress.
So far I really like how simple it is to navigate! It totally takes away my usual contemplation time of on the dates I should schedule this session. I also like how easily it integrates with zoom!
However, it would be nice to have a calendar view like say on a weekly or monthly basis to have an overall view.
I used to use Calendly now I only use this! You can't go wrong for the price!!! Great app! Highly recommended!!!
