I've bought numerous products here, and this is by far my favorite. I don't know why anyone would use Calendly once they discover TidyCal; the lifetime subscription cost is less than a Calendly annual cost. I've bought or reimbursed my staff for purchasing a TidyCal subscription, at least ten subscriptions so far, and I highly recommend it.

Margins Matter Most! This program has saved me a monthly expense of $20 per month by switching from Acuity Scheduler. The app syncs with Google Calendar and allows me to set parameters on when clients can book appointments.
Some requests I have are
1) Include a File Upload option in the questionnaire. My clients send me logos and photos for our appointments. It would be great to have it integrated with Google Drive.
2) Booking appointment reminders would be amazing if the "reply-to" would go back to the client or to us. A few clients have responded to them with changes in their appointment, or running behind, but I did not receive them because it went to service@tidycal.com. I also sent a response from one saying I was going to be 2 minutes late and it went to service@tidycal instead of the client. Whoops!
3) Allowing Admin to book appointments on the back end that can go outside of normal booking parameter times. For Example, My normal booking window for clients is from 3pm - 5:30pm. Occasionally I'll have an opportunity to book a client for a time outside of that window, but in order to make sure they receive the information from our email I have to do it within the parameter times. Is there a way to create a back-end booking option for Admin to allow that?
5) I want to set up automations via zapier and need to learn a bit more about that. any reference documents to provide?

I've been using this amazing service for one year now, and I recently upgraded to the team version during Black Friday! I even invited my colleagues, and let me tell you – it’s a fantastic value for the price! I can’t get enough of how great it is!
I love the app, as easy and simple it can be, just upgraded to tier 2, as I don't need it but wanted to support the people working on this bihaind the seen.
Been using a bit already and have to say it's become way more handy than I anticipated. Looking forward to putting it to even greater use as I build out my SaaS
I have been in touch with the technical team often because a lot of errors happen, that a simple user like me has detected, so I assume that if simple testing was done , the errors would have been detected by the team.
Especially with the embedded version which keeps having issues.
Current issues:
- with the links (now the links open in the embedded version, but the user still receives them wrong in the confirmation email),
- suddenly iphone users cannot scroll properly after selecting day/time in the embedded version. (maybe it's also Android, but I could test only with 4 iphone devices).
I do simple use and I just need the basic functionalities to work properly, so it's difficult to keep trusting the platform when these things happen and affect those basic functionalities. I think the team should do better testing before confirming that something is resolved.
I understand the need for new releases and more features, but first you have to ensure that your current features work smoothly.
I have been using tidycal for a few months now and it has been great. I even changed my POS just to use it. Christmas is my busiest season. We book appointments 7 days a week for 2 months. Suddenly tidycal is randomly rescheduling and even canceling appointments on its own. I am getting phones calls like crazy (as expected). I have reached out multiple times to tech support and have NEVER heard back from them. Sadly, it looks like I will have to go with a different app. Tidycal, it's not too late to make this right, but close.
