During the summer of 2024, I recorded over 28 hours of long form video instructionals. I ran the entirety of it through wisecut. Then, I asked an audio-video professional (capture, adjusting, editor, production, etc.) to evaluate the output and estimate how much additional value he could add without a significant disproportionate drop off in marginal contribution for additional hours spent. He was blown away and said if the output was sufficient for my audience, then I shouldn't spend a dime on professional editing again, because the expense for additional production quality would seem outrageous. Key to this was that my original video quality was 4K level, and I was recording within a production quality educational studio. So, if you have a good camera and microphone and lighting, this technology can significantly reduce your expenditure in the video editing stage of production. I am exceedingly pleased with this purchase and ongoing quality improvements on the platform.
