Delivery problem since beggining of september

I can confirm all the comments about deliverabily, since the beginning of september they have made some change in their sending server. And since that update, emails do not arrive in the inbox (especially gmail and icloud). Whats worst is the support service. They answer with some standard answer without caring about this problem. Because of this I will have to switch to anothe provider.

Unuseable. 😖

I had high hopes for this deal and thought I would get solid performance in a lifetime deal. What I find instead is confusing, partly in Spanish, complicated, and hardly usable for me. I need integrations with other programs (WordPress, Zapier) and a clear, understandable structure. I can’t even find list IDs. Everything is hidden somewhere. I am really frustrated. Double Opt-In Emails seem to not be delivered. At least, i can't find any under several testing email addresses. I’m struggling with this system.

The main thing you need from an email tool is the ability to deliver to inboxes.

Does what it needs to at a fraction of the cost

I've been using ActiveCampaign since Acumbamail.
AC is extremely expensive, and it's not that user-friendly.

Acumbamail has a much simpler and more user-friendly / user interface for a fraction of the cost associated. I'll be sticking with Acubamail

Failing ❌ in CORE Functionality

I've deep concerns regarding the email delivery issues I have been experiencing with Acumbamail. Despite my efforts and a correct configuration confirmed by Acumbamail, my email campaigns and automation emails are not getting delivered to the recipients (NOT EVEN IN THE SPAM FOLDER).

I have noticed a troubling trend: very poor (almost none) open rates in comparison with my existing service provider, and more alarmingly, I finally observed that emails are not even reaching to the recipients. Over the past few days, I have observed that campaigns sent from the Acumbamail dashboard have NEVER LANDED in the inbox or spam folders.

To illustrate this point, I shared the proof with Acumbamail, my email report, that had NOT RECEIVED campaign emails sent from Acumbamail.

My entire team's contacts are included in the subscriber list, why is it that no one has received the campaign email? Furthermore, I have multiple email addresses included in the subscriber list, and none of them have received the campaign emails either. This is the core function of any email service provider.

My team has conducted a thorough investigation, checking all possible folders—spam, promotions, and even the trash—yet we have not found any trace of the campaign emails.
This lack of visibility into the delivery process is frustrating and leaves us in the dark regarding the status of our communications.

JUST TO RECONFIRM, Last week again, I sent out another email campaign, but once again, it failed to arrive in my inbox, not even landing in the spam folder.
This consistent lack of delivery raises significant concerns about the effectiveness of my email campaigns, automated triggered emails, and the overall reliability of the Acumbamail platform.

The implications of these delivery issues are profound.
I strongly suspect that the reason my email campaigns suffer from low open rates is that they are not reaching the actual email recipients at all.

This leads me to question the underlying mechanics of the email delivery process.

I have already contacted support, but despite waiting over 5 days, I have yet to receive a response.

Are the issues with false reporting, or is there something more systemic occurring in the back-end of Acumbamail?
Understanding the root cause of these delivery failures is crucial for me to regain confidence in the platform and to ensure that my communications reach to out my audience.

Additionally, I have encountered a peculiar issue with the personalization feature in my campaigns. The placeholder *|FIRSTNAME|* has not been populated correctly, and all my test emails are being sent with the name "Neena." This raises further questions about the integrity of the data being used in my campaigns.

I would like to understand why the personalization feature is not functioning as intended. It is imperative that I receive answers to these questions to ensure that my future email campaigns are successful and that I can effectively engage with my audience.

This raises serious concerns about the reliability of the Acumbamail service.

In conclusion, I am seeking clarity and assistance regarding these pressing issues.

I would appreciate a detailed explanation of why my emails are not being delivered to recipients and what steps can be taken to rectify this situation.

Just doesn't work

I was genuinely excited to try Acumbamail, but unfortunately, it hasn’t delivered. I set up a test campaign and found that about 40% of the emails never went through; they didn’t end up in spam, and Google Workspace logs confirmed they never reached Google’s servers. Everything seems to be configured correctly according to Acumbamail.

On top of that, I sent verification emails to three brands I manage, and none of them received the invite, so they couldn’t confirm or proceed.

I contacted support last week and still haven't heard back.

Since reliable email delivery is a core function, and it's currently failing, I can't use the platform. I'm leaving this feedback in the hope that the team addresses these critical issues quickly, as I really want to use this product.

Hello – is there ANYBODY??

I really wanted to give Acumbamail a positive review, but how can I, if I cannot even use it?
My account has been suspended for over two weeks now, and I have already written twice to the support team – still no response at all. I have no idea why my account is blocked, and even more frustrating: why it hasn’t been reactivated yet.
I would honestly love to write something positive here, but as long as I can’t even access the product I purchased, it’s simply impossible.
If someone from Acumbamail is reading this: please fix this issue – I (and I’m sure others too) really want to use your service!

Account Blocked

I bought this several months ago. I use it mainly for making landing pages, haven't use the email campaign that much yet. And today, suddenly my account got blocked for no reason?!? All the things I created suddenly disabled, so nobody can go to the websites... This is very unprofessional!!!

The info only says "account blocked, please email our support", which is very difficult to find (FYI, I find your email address from AppSumo). I have emailed and still no response. Very very disappointing! Stuff like this shouldn't happen to paying customer! And once again, I didn't spam or anything. I haven't even use the email feature that much, only making landing pages.

Oh... and worse, when people go to my websites, Acumbamail use it for advertising "This web is disabled. If you want to create web quickly, buy our plan". Seriously???

Hope this got resolved quickly

Solid for Simple Email Needs, Average Overall

From my experience, Acumbamail does a decent job with the basics, sending campaigns, creating landing pages, and handling simple automations. The interface is clean and fairly easy to use, and the lifetime deal made it very affordable.

On the downside, I’ve found the support slow, and some parts of the platform feel unfinished or limited, especially when trying to set up more advanced automations. There are also occasional small frustrations with clarity and usability.

Overall, it works fine for simple needs and is good value for money, but it’s not the most reliable or polished tool so I’d give it 3 out of 5.

So far - very good

Although I am still in early stages of using Acumbamail, I very much like the templates there and the ability to produce good looking emails easily.

There are some minor things that would be good to fix. Like making save button when editing template more prominent. Or making changes autosave.
Also, I can add .svg to the email which is not visible in plenty of email clients.

Will update as soon as I send the first emails.

At the time of writing this, I recommend you use soporte@acumbamail.com for support. It is the only support email that gets answered.

Support slow and misslead user

I tried to use the product to exclusively send transactional emaiils from my deplyed projects but the support, documentation don't help. I sent over 20 hours trying to get it to work but now I gave up. I always get autentication failed using the provided information. Using Brevo is so simple and works, so it's just not worth to face the hassle without support and the product is not ready for transactional emails.
