Your AI content manager

This was one of those purchases, where I wasn't quite sure if it would be good for me before buying it, but I decided to give it a shot, and I'm very glad I did.

I will say right off the bat - One of the main things that has impressed me is the developers availability to assist with onboarding and learning the software. They offer weekly group meetings to help setup your account, and show you how to use it. I saw potential with the app when I first purchased it, but didn't realize how powerful it could be until the walkthrough. The walkthrough was also great because it got me using the software right away. How many times do we purchase deals on AS and then they don't get used.

Aside from that, the software itself is great. Very well laid out. There are a bunch of templates included by default, but you can also create your own, or customize what they have.

Overall, very happy with this purchase, I only wish I had purchased a higher tier when it was available.

Alphana has a great feature set, I will not belabor that here. It does what it says it is supposed to do. The real test for any product for me is support. Sebastian was very helpful and responsive, and this is a big indicator of a positive future from my experience. Thank you again.

Alphana is excellent for quickly turning YouTube content or plain text into blog posts, LinkedIn posts, and X threads.

The quality of this content is excellent and the best of any other tool I have used.

Though recently improved, the short clip generation now provides additional customization and produces blurry video.

I highly recommend this tool for seamless content creation!

Alphana creates content from your youtube videos or podcast (content). I tried it on a YouTube video and in less than 2O minutes I had LinkedIn and Twitter posts, newsletter, Q&As, transcripts and clips. There were much more I could do, like Instagram posts, content summary, soundbites, blog posts etc.

I also tried it with a podcast I am working on and that was also quite good. You can further improve the content with the help of AI in the direction you want.

One catch seems to be you are locked in GPT 4o or 4o mini. This was a problem especially while creating images, as DALL-E seems totally outdated. Otherwise images would be also a good part of content.

If you are a content creator, a YouTuber or Podcaster, Aplhana is an app you can't miss.
If you are creating audio or video content for marketing, this app still have quite depth to take your content in various platforms.

I bought the single tier but have my name down for the top tier when it comes back!!

What an amazing tool. Beautifully crafted, well thought out, great work flow and easy to learn from. I confess, I did waste a few credits clicking download buttons in the tutorials, but hey, I'm good with that.

You bring so much logic with great utilisation of AI (which I really appreciate when used as well as it is here) so that I can get that content / structure that I couldn't do myself, but allows me to put in my own original thoughts as well. I really appreciate that option to edit.

While I use AI in my work, what I prefer to do is reword to put my own twist / point of view embedded into a well crafted summary or point which has been generated by AI and this helps remove the AI flavour which a lot of content seems to be these days.

I used to be somewhat resistent using AI until I got this notion in my head - I can use it and make my own content better, and since doing that, I've had great results in other areas.

So, looking at this tool built here, it really does do the hard yards of generating good content, and I am sure it will make me look even better and smarter.

I love this product. Well finished, well presented, great tutorials, and easy to grasp concepts which can be used across all types of business uses - eg. single operator, agency, or even those who are doing gigs for others to generate income.

Once you get started and realise how easy it is to get not only lots of content, but most importantly lots of great quality content from your videos or someone else's, you'll be totally in love with this software! The training is awesome- at the moment (please keep it going Sebastian!) there's a weekly hands on welcome to Alphana intro webinar and a deep dive webinar every week as well. There's constantly new things being rolled out and the support is awesome, but the bottom line is JUST BUY IT- your sanity will thank you because you won't be pouring endless hours into content creation anymore!

The templates alone save hours a week of work. Highly recommend you add this to your business arsenal.

It was easy for me to input a long video and get clips from Alphana. There are lots of cards to choose from for repurposing content for different platforms such as Linkedin, X, Instagram, Youtube and email.

Man, I'm really loving it so far. It's making all the other video editing apps obsolete!

I’ve recently started creating podcasts, and using Alphana has significantly reduced my workload. As someone who was initially unsure about the process, the platform made it easy to create posts and short-form video content, simplifying the distribution of bite-sized content to social media platforms. Alphana truly lives up to its description as an AI-powered content manager tool.

After completing the transcript process, I needed to correct the spelling of my name—apparently, AI thinks STEVEN should be spelled as Stephen! Once I sorted that out, I was amazed at how the templates worked their magic. Alphana generates a lot of what I need, including YouTube chapter markers and LinkedIn posts.

I did encounter a challenge with modifying chapter markers for my videos. One of the YouTube Chapter widgets stopped at 8 minutes while my video is 20 minutes long. This is something I will need to revisit and learn how to adjust the prompts to ensure chapters generate for the entire video.

Overall, I believe Alphana is a fantastic tool. I’m so impressed that I’m considering upgrading my plan for more credits, as I find myself using it far more often than I initially anticipated. I’ve enjoyed using Alphana so much that I even recommended it to a customer for their own social media distribution and video analysis. Highly recommended!

Ich glaube, man muss sich ein wenig Zeit nehmen, um sich mit dem Tool zu befassen. Doch wenn man erst mal die grandiosen Möglichkeiten durchschaut hat, macht es einem die Arbeit sehr leicht. Absolute Empfehlung von mir.
