Your AI content manager

I grabbed this deal mainly because it allows you to create social media posts from a YouTube video. I uploaded my first video, selected their YouTube Content Workflow, and BOOM!

I was expecting simple posts and was hoping it could create at least one decent vertical video. I got so much more!

A threaded Twitter post, a long LinkedIn post, an email newsletter, a blog post, and TONS of valuable YouTube stuff, including tags and a video description that was much better than the one I wrote.

I especially love the feature where it fetches short video clips from a whole podcast video episode. This saves me a lot of time from manuaaly having to cut them and editing them into reels. Highly recommend!

Alphana is an incredible system if you need content. Upload a video and voila - so many options for great content. I am very happy with Alphana and still finding there is so more to it all the time. It's to navigate and just makes sense.

Today I filmed a 12 min video for Youtube about a topic that was coming up with my clients. I uploaded it to Alphana and I absolutely LOVE the results.
* It gave me a perfect blog article - I literally didn't have to edit it and it even sounded like me.
* It gave me some great video clips I can use to schedule as Reels
* It gave me great hashtag options and youtube desciption
* It gave me a great linked in post which I also didnt have to change.
(There was other things but these are what I used)
It also gave twitter posts, title ideas, newsletter email and some AI images.

In total this probably saved me around 2 hours of work from this alone. This is game changing for me and will epically speed up my productivity.

The only quirk I have found so far is - When it does the 5-8 clips and gives a description, the description says, "The speaker" instead of first person (but I literally head over to my AI software and prompt it to change that to first person)...which is only an extra 30 seconds add on.

I highly recommend this software as it is a huge game changer in productivity.

Alphana is a great tool that helps get through most of the tedious work involved in content creation. Saves time and headache and gets you through alot of the workflow and it does so in an intuitive way. Everything from ideation to production and editing for each social channel is done in a breeze. One thing I would like to see is the ability to produce thumbnails as well. That would put Alphana on a completely different level and make it truly comprehensive tool for social media marketing.

Really enjoying Alphana so far. Just started but I already like that it also formats videos in respective ratios, good for summarizing and making an outline of videos for you. Other than much needed caption revamping on alphanas part, it's a GO for me. Very innovative and much appreciated. Hope they are around for a long time to come. Good job guys! Giving 4.5. So dang close to 5 tacos but I know it will get there very soon!

I can't believe my luck. This is a fantastic deal!

I tested it with 60-second videos, and it created five perfectly edited 15-second clips. The analysis was spot-on and captured the key points. One of the best features is the ability to upload an hour-long video and receive around 40 clips, making it super easy to maintain a consistent social media schedule. Plus, it offers other useful tools like captions and more, which add great value to the overall experience.

Alphana is a very cool, time-saving tool for multiplying the amount of content you create. It took a 2.5 minute video of mine and cut it down into five short videos suitable for social media posts. I'll need to fix just a couple of end edit points, but the rest was ready to roll.

Alphana also extracted a very accurate, timestamped transcript. I only had to change one word. Only one gripe here: It labeled each sentence with "Speaker 0" because this was a narrated explainer video. If there's only one speaker -- a narrator -- I'd love to see this software detect that fact and label the dialogue source as the narrator only once, at the beginning, and never again in the video. No need to keep relabeling "Speaker 0" when it never changes. Easy workaround, though, so it didn't irritate me too badly.

These video cutter-downer function also can't parse text-only explainer videos -- there has to be dialogue or a voiceover. Just so you know.

So, at this price, getting the ability to turn any video with audible dialogue into lots of different types of media is a no-brainer. Just buy it!

I have a great feeing about the product, UI, and certainly the human touch from the founder!

The UI is very simple and easy to use. The card based that can rearrange, edit and share are really awesome. I believe there will be lots more update from their roadmap in the future.

Also, they are very generous with the BYOK. (Some AI software I bought charged extra fee for somewhat amount of $$$)

Like you I have bought a ton of tools from AppSumo and I've learned over the last couple years it's best to spend your resources where your going to get the best bang for your buck.

Things I love about Alphana out the gate.

Templates and cards.

The fact that I can create my own runtime templates based on AI cards within the template allows for a repeatable process and workflow to speed up workflow and produce the high quality generated ai content I specifically need.

Two powerful case uses for me.

1. High ticket client of mine beginning his Youtube journey allows for me as the SMMA to quickly and efficiently repurpose his 5 minute Youtube videos into a plethora of content for touch points across his social media platforms. This is a big win for the client and my SMMA.

2. For any of my own knowledge I need to transfer I can record a video or audio, upload it to Alphana and have a Template of my choosing begin the process of creating high quality assets for a multitude of delivery outputs. Massive time saver.

I'm just scratching the surface of the case uses and there is a ton of easy to use features.
Also if you have something like Yeet you can easily work around the direct Youtube link not being available.

The UI is not only functional but well thought out. Easy to navigate and the outputs have a high quality presentation to them making it a more appealing interface to work inside of.

Unbelievably one outstanding feature I dont see mentioned much is the sharing capabilities. Most SaaS type services sharing features dont work well. Alphana does. Ability to instantly create a public share and if you remove the public share the access permissions immediately are removed in my testing. Also ability to share via email.

This is a HUGE win for taking a clients polished video and creating a work flow that allows them direct access to the Alphana created outputs if you so desire.

I went Tier 3 and hope I dont regret not going further in but if Alphana I think could have a strong foot in the market based on it's deliverables. Dont sleep on the ease of use and great UI when it comes to sharing content directly with clients. This steps the game up big time.

This products blows my mind. After having tested it with just a couple of videos, I have immediately upgraded to tier 3.

I see the potential to 10x my output.

What I love so far after my first handful of videos:

+ the clean UI/UX

+ the variety of outputs I can get from just one video for different platforms and purposes

+ the quality of the output (I have only tried text so far): how the essence and also details of the content are captured and turned into lots of possible posts, in a language that fits my tone of voice and gives me plenty of new ideas, and also visually nicely formatted (e. g. LinkedIn post)

+ that it even goes farther and can give me email campaigns and other marketing campaigns (first test looked good)

+ that I have a lot of flexibility what kind of output will be created

+ that I can give instructions though I think I am mostly satisfied with what comes right out of the box. But the instruction to give the output in German was necessary (once done with a prompt from the knowledge base and it worked)

I have the feeling that it has the potential to 10x my marketing output. And all based on my own stuff, just upgrading, enriching and multiplying it. No generic AI content. How cool is that?

As a course creator I have also a lot of course content and have uploaded some course videos that I have produced. Getting great marketing ideas.

I have still to explore what I can do with the tool for enriching my course content. There are alread quizzes available which look great. Also summaries.

Perhaps also workbooks in future?

What would be helpful in general:

+ if I could upload videos in bulk, e. g. all my videos of a course, and have the software do it's thing in the background

+ if I could get aggregated results for a couple of videos around a topic cluster or all the videos of one course module

I have still to find out what is currently possible. From what I have seen so far I am more than satisfied.

There is also a good knowledge base and even a little online tour at the beginning. The tour was a bit too early for me but with the knowledge base I can find what I am looking for.
