All-in-one support widget to communicate across channels
This platform is VERY powerful, I'm really amazed with the features it has, as i have yet to encounter an issue. I struggled initially with understanding it, but once you get the gist of it wow wow wow!!!
The only features i think it misses (specially since it already has all the integration work done) are the Comments/DMs/Stories features for Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Things like:
- Auto-reply to comments (matching words), using a workflow or sequence
- Auto-reply to DM's (matching words), using a workflow or sequence
- Auto-reply to Story's reactions (matching words), using a workflow or sequence

anychat is truly great and it's packed with so many features what's not to love, great product will not return 100% white labelable
Despite numerous reminders, we continue to struggle with accessing support from AnyChat customer service. The experience has been frustrating, especially when our inability to fully grasp the features limits our usage of the platform.
I've been using AnyChat for only a short time, and not in real anger as yet, but what I have seen I really like. I've used other platforms and I find AnyChat a little more intuitive and adaptable. I can't go into many details about pros & cons due to my as yet limited use, but so far so good. I'm still in start up mode with my business, but I have started testing the AnyChat integration. There is only one thing that I am finding harder to get to grips with, and that's the branding. I've set the branding in the settings, but also in another part, I forget which, and no matter what I do in the settings, the branding now doesn't change. It'll be my learning curve I have no doubt, but if that's the worst, then I'm happy. Lol.
I've been with appsumo since 2016 or something. I love clean, intuitive drag and drop tools with minimal bugs (if you're going public i expect some bugs but not a ton) and i'm a stickler for customer service. I've tried many, many chatbots over the years and it's frustrating when you think you finally found the one only to soon realize that they left out some key features...why..why? These guys share my vision of what a perfect chatbot tool should look like and have👍! I'm not sure why this is so hard for those other companies🤔.
This tool has it ALL and i don't think i've met a bug yet! Everything i want and more in a chatbot tool is here with a polished interface and everything just works out of the box. There is a small learning curve, but the intuitiveness of the UI gets you comfortable fast.The cherry on top is that customer service is great as these guys quickly respond to queries on their chat when they're live. Plus, they listen to feedback, keep improving the tool and delivering value and much unlike many of the companies i've encountered here that sell you a static version of the tool and then get creative with version names and upgrades and add them behind a paywall in the future, these guys don't do that. This is why I think this quiet little gem will soon rocket into the market as hard-to-beat market leader at a much higher price which will justify their value. Grab this gem while you still can.

I've used a handful or chat options, some free, some paid for, and only a couple have almost satisfied me. So far AnyChat is satisfying me. I've not used it in anger yet as I'm still configuring and get my head around the plethora of features, but it's installed on my site, and it works as I want it to, not as AnyChat wants to, which is all I can ask for. I am more than happy with the GUI so far too, which is a first for me. Lol
So, I'm still finding my feet, but it's not been very difficult thus far, so fingers crossed.

I'm thrilled to share my experience with the AnyChat Widget after finally diving into this incredible tool. I purchased it months ago but, to be honest, I was always a bit intimidated by it and never got around to trying it out. Now, after giving it a proper chance, I can confidently say that it is hands-down one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. This tool delivers functionality that rivals—and often surpasses—some high-priced software out there.
One of the standout features that blew me away is the ability to manage groups, reply to messages, and connect WhatsApp via a simple QR code. This feature alone is worth more than the price of the tool! The ease of linking WhatsApp for seamless communication with customers or teams is a game-changer for any business looking to streamline interactions. The development behind AnyChat is nothing short of amazing, with a polished interface and thoughtful design that makes it intuitive once you get started.
That said, there are a few features I’d love to see implemented to take this tool to the next level. Live translation would be a fantastic addition, especially for businesses dealing with international clients or diverse teams, as it would break down language barriers in real-time. Another critical feature for me is the option to hide customer numbers. In a business context, privacy is paramount—some customers or employees might directly contact numbers they see, which can lead to unwanted interactions. Protecting customer data by masking numbers would be a must-have for maintaining professionalism and trust.
Additionally, I’d appreciate a feature that prevents sharing of numbers to further safeguard privacy. Alongside this, the ability to recall messages would be invaluable for correcting errors or retracting sensitive information sent by mistake. The most interesting thing that might be added is to be able to reply to comments on the Facebook page, on Instagram, and so on. These kind of things are also included in a support tool because it gives you the chance to reply to everything in one place, whether it's messages or comments on the page or the posts. That would be amazing.
I've also noticed that the mobile app, for both Android and iOS, is a little bit simple at the moment and doesn't have as many features as the desktop version. However, given the quality of the core product, I'm sure that the app will be developed and improved over time.
Finally, one of the most essential aspects I’m eager to explore is how to integrate an AI agent with WhatsApp through AnyChat to handle automated replies. Having an AI agent respond to common queries or provide instant support would save time and improve efficiency. While the current setup is impressive, I’d love clear guidance or documentation on setting up this integration to fully leverage the tool’s potential.
In summary, AnyChat has exceeded my expectations with its powerful features and user-friendly design. The WhatsApp QR code integration alone justifies the investment, and with a few additional privacy and AI features, it could become the ultimate communication tool for businesses. I’m excited to see how the development team continues to enhance this already stellar product

The best offer by far. I compared around 20 providers over the past few days—many offered chatbots without live chat support, or live chats without any bot integration. AnyChat stood out to me thanks to its clean and intuitive interface. So, I went ahead and subscribed.
The setup process is quite comprehensive. The bot needs clearly defined rules about its role and purpose. A ready-made template from the provider would be helpful here—I ended up copying mine from noform.ai ;)
The widget integration could also benefit from a short guide or text snippet. I had to reach out to support for this, but they responded super quickly—thanks for that!
