I am reaching out regarding an issue I’ve encountered with the lip-sync feature on your platform. I’ve tested it with three different videos, but unfortunately, the speech does not align properly with the character’s lip movements in any of them. The result feels noticeably out of sync, making the overall experience less effective.

It appears your platform experienced a significant data loss incident about 5 months ago that impacted accounts based on your response to another reviewer below (Andy0). One of the negative effects of this incident, which it seems you are just now becoming aware of, is that several AppSumo users (including myself) were downgraded. However, you were aware that folks lost their campaigns, yet we never received an email about this to notify us of the potential impact on our account so we could check if there were other data loss issues we should look for. Why??
Since you did not adequately investigate the effects of the incident and you did not email users when the incident occurred, you waited until users discovered the effects of the issue on their own months later. Thanks.. 😒
There's even a review from June where another user "AndyO" explains that he has lost all his campaigns due to the incident (which should have never happened in the first place). It took you a whopping FIVE MONTHS to reply to this review! Most responsible founders reply to reviews within a few days at most even after a campaign closes. There is no good excuse for the lack of ongoing communication with your users on this platform. Just because a campaign closes does not mean you cannot check back in to see how users' experience has been and to provide critical responses through the Reviews or Questions section. Other founders check in all the time even if it has been over a year since the product has had a campaign. You said in response to another review that you are "a thousand percent committed to making our AppSumo users happy." However, your actions do not align with this statement as you are not being proactive with critical communication regarding incidents, and not responding in a timely manner to questions or reviews after a campaign ends.
You should be monitoring reviews to make sure you address dissatisfaction proactively and not just when you have another campaign coming up. It's also evident your support team is not informing you of what is happening behind the scenes since you are saying this is the first time you've heard of people being downgraded. Why didn't support inform you of this issue when it is clear another reviewer indicated he has been waiting for support to fix this? The user "christian814" goes on to say in his review "Support is being very painful. I can not create the videos we wanted as lost the functions we needed.." Your response was "I assume your issue has been resolved since working with support, correct?" What part of the review gave you the impression this issue was resolved when he is clearly telling you it's not? I too have lost my campaigns and have been downgraded as a result of this issue which is a double-whammy. Dealing with slow support and then a founder who is not being proactive in communicating with users makes it even worse.
So now we are left with a mess resulting from the incident your platform experienced 5 months ago which we were not informed about until now. How long will it take to get our downgraded tiers resolved and any lost campaigns restored (which are likely gone for good based on other reviews)? That's anyone's guess and the reason I can no longer recommend the product.
Apologies do nothing since it appears there is a consistent issue with BHuman's poor support and quality. I very much regret this purchase and would ask for a refund if I could. I hope this is the last time AppSumo allows this product on here. We deserve better.

I purchased this product at Tier 5 about a year and a half ago and recommended it at that level to 5 other folks and candidly have never been able to get a campaign or persona or anything to work.
The founder and team are super friendly, and their hearts seem to be in the right place. However, their tech needs a bit more work to compete with all of the current players who have now surpassed them.
If I could give this zero tacos, I would. Despite taking another $9 off me (monthly upgrade to Tier 5), the dashboard still says "The Auto Agent is currently under maintenance. Please check back later". Trying to get support via the chat is useless and there's no other way to get a response. I may be late to the party in using this, but if you're taking my money, I expect to be able to use the product. Otherwise provide a full refund.

I left a review about BHuman that I was not proud of, due to a data setback. This software has been great for me. Yes, they had a little bit of a setback not too long ago, and I did leave a review then. That was more emotional, but to correct that, I decided to leave another review and tell how I feel about the product overall. BHuman has been great software for me. I use it as much as I can. It has been the greatest thing for me when it pertains to outreach because I can actually send out videos with my actual self, and it is one of the greatest marketing tools I’ve ever worked with. I just want to let people know that if you are thinking about Being Human, give it a shot. It is great software. They have been working on it. They have a great team that responds when there’s an issue, and overall, I just love the software itself.
I purchased Bhuman the last time it was featured on Appsumo, and it has been a highly disappointing experience.
As an example, recently, the service was completely offline for three days, with the team blaming AWS for the entire 3-day downtime.
When the product finally came back online, ALL of my campaigns, videos, and data had been deleted—everything was gone!
What did Bhuman say about this? Nothing.
There has been no communication from Bhuman during or since the downtime, nor any apology for deleting all of my data.
Since the outage, when I repeatedly attempted to upload my videos again, the process hung indefinitely, with nothing processing. This has always been an ongoing issue with Bhuman.
When you contact Support, they will always need to pass the issue on to the Dev Team, after which there is never any update or reply.
With unresponsive support and a disappointing product, you can spend hours using this software and end up with no results.
I suggest reading the reviews on the original listing if you are considering a purchase.
For now, I would advise against purchasing Bhuman. It's definitely a "not buy" in its current state.
Die Idee ist gut. Aber die Umsetzung, eine Katastrophe. Man weiß nicht, wo man klicken soll. Wenn man klickt, hängt sich die Software ständig auf. Der Upload der Variablen ist ebenfalls viel zu kompliziert gemacht. Der Support hilft nicht wirklich. Am liebsten hätte ich mein Geld zurück!
videos don't upload properly and don't transcribe properly so I cant even move on to the next step. Also crops the videos in a really strange way for no reason.
Then to top it all off support completely ignores your questions.

I purchased this in Oct 2023 after watching reviews for a year. I was weary about customers complaining that there were a lot of bugs and it wasn't ready yet. The UI isn't great, when you log in there's this weird cell phone that starts ringing for some reason. The AI voices aren't great, but if you are just changing the first name, you can make it work. I recently tried running a Linkedin campaign for the first time, and I just get error messages. The customer support really isn't there yet, as they told me to wait for their developer in another country...I think this product needs months to even a year before gets to where it needs to be. I'm going to leave this review open ended to see how they respond and resolve my issue. If they can't I'm just going to get a refund and move on.

2. some names did not sound like real and the name is sometime to loud instad of the voice from the person

I have purchased this app for the second time only to be met again with bad results. This time I signed up for a Google Meet where oh surprise, we were a group.
The first impression I got from the man who attended us, was that of an unfriendly watchman who treats you badly as if he was doing you a favor.
When I explained to him that I followed all the steps I had said in the meeting and that I got TERRIBLE results, he started shooting me with a series of assumptions of how I was supposed to have made a mistake.
When I showed him the video and saw that none of them were true, he started saying nonsense like "your client's name is too long". Pedro is too long, I mean, if you have a client named Jessica, don't even think about putting her on an automated list because it's going to look like the girl from the exorcist is invoking your client.
If there is something more than a buggy app, it is a buggy app that does not recognize itself as such and treats its clients above men. I would pay 5 premium memberships to give less than 100 tacos to such unpresentable companies.
