I bought but when I had my onboarding call it was made clear to me for the first time, that I only get a small circle of myself in the corner with a background needed for the video campaigns. Full screen videos is only available at the $569 tier 5 level !!!!
Wish I knew this at the start - would have saved me a ton of time.
Don and his team have once again demonstrated their excellence. Just love their dedication to us (their customers) and the consistently high responsiveness. Upon its initial release, I purchased the BHuman Persona access and was thoroughly impressed. I was eagerly anticipating the release of BHuman.ai, particularly for its LinkedIn functionality, and I absolutely adore it! The product is relatively new and evolving and promises to develop fully into an excellent one. Well done! Definitely recommend it.
I'm really surprised that AppSumo is doing more business with the company! I bought their previous offer, and I've got to say I will never get back the hours I wasted on a system that doesn't work. Also, their customer support service is truly a terrible train wreck of a company.
As a Tier 5 user with three separate accounts, I’ve had the chance to experience BHuman extensively and witness its evolution firsthand.I've seen to much negative reviews here without being specific.. and it's not fair to them. Here’s my take on the app:
Overall Experience:
BHuman is a tool with incredible potential. It’s not perfect yet, but the team’s dedication to improvement is evident. If you’re willing to invest the time to learn and experiment, the results can be remarkable. Watching leads react to personalized videos created at scale is worth it, and I look forward to seeing how the new updates like lip sync further enhance the platform.
It's not a "set it and forget it" tool—it requires some effort to get the most out of it. But for those willing to put in the work, it delivers. I’m optimistic about its future and confident that the team will continue refining and elevating the product.
PROS :
1. Support and Onboarding: Don and his team genuinely go above and beyond to support their users. The daily live onboarding sessions are a standout feature—rare to see such commitment from a founder and team. It shows they care about their product and their users' success.
2. Impact on Leads: When it works, it *really* works. The personalized videos we’ve sent have left leads impressed and elevated the quality of our outreach significantly. It's a game-changer for creating memorable, personal touches at scale.
3. Continuous Improvements: The product has come a long way since its early days. Many of the initial bugs and hiccups have been resolved, and the platform feels much more stable and fluid now. I’m particularly excited about the upcoming lip-sync feature, which could take things to another level.
CONS:
1. Cloning Consistency: The AI cloning can be hit or miss. While the tech has improved, there’s still room for more refinement to ensure consistently high-quality outputs, especially when creating at scale.
2. Automation Workflow: While automation is possible, the process can sometimes feel a bit clunky. Smoother workflows would make the platform even more powerful and efficient for users looking to build robust campaigns.
3. Learning Curve: For new users, the platform might feel overwhelming initially. However, with proper guidance—like the onboarding sessions—it becomes much easier to navigate.
Hope it helps you make a choice.. and remember you're buying something that is not perfect YET but it's doing it's maximum to be PERFECT.
I strongly advise against investing in BHuman's products due to my overwhelmingly negative experience with both their AI Studio and Persona applications.
BHuman AI Studio: After purchasing, it took over 18 hours to set up my account—a delay that is unacceptable for any service. Once I finally gained access, the software was riddled with bugs, making it practically unusable. Despite its potential, the execution falls drastically short, and I’ve received no meaningful support to address these issues.
BHuman Persona: Hoping for a better experience, I decided to try their Persona application. Unfortunately, history repeated itself. It has been well over 18 hours since my purchase, and I still don’t have access. Despite numerous promises that the issue would be resolved quickly—ranging from “within the hour” to “by the end of the day”—nothing has been delivered. With the weekend here, I’m now left waiting until Monday at the earliest.
Update: At this point, I have exchanged over 50 emails with Don Bosco or his AI persona, and the only thing consistent about this process is the stream of lies and broken promises. While I know from these interactions that Don’s AI persona is working—proving the software is functional—it seems impossible for me to have the same experience.
From what I’ve seen, Don has set up his own persona to work so efficiently that it likely allows him the freedom to travel, play, and do whatever he pleases—all while leaving paying customers stranded without the products or support they were promised. It’s as if the entire system exists to benefit him, while the rest of us are left with nothing but frustration and regret.
In a last-ditch effort, I reached out to Don on his Discord channel, where he was active. Several hours later, I’m still waiting for a reply. The silence speaks volumes about their lack of care for paying customers.
The consistent delays, false assurances, and lack of accountability have severely impacted my business during a critical period. This company does not value its customers or their time, and their actions are, in my view, fraudulent and deceiving.
In summary: BHuman's products are plagued with delays, technical issues, and deceptive practices. I strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. There are better, more reliable alternatives on the market that won’t leave you feeling scammed and betrayed.
Unfortunately the tool can not handle dutch language. Also in the video I see that it goes wrong with the chin of the chosen person you just see a square appear. One video I got an error immediately why? Other 2 test videos were without error but the quality is not good to serve your customers. This tool can have a great future but for now I find it not useful.
The premise of this tool is sound, but the execution is lacking (I bought Bhuman very long time ago, and I had enough time to experiment and test). The biggest problems are low quality output even when recording under "ideal" conditions, as instructed, and bugs. So many things didn't work for months and support (while trying to be helpful and friendly) just kept saying they contacted the dev team but things never got resolved. So many new tools on the market which didn't set out to be in this space already built a better product/feature! Sendspark is one example! Last but not least, horrible attitude from the founder who is dismissive of feedback and seems to care about comments/questions ONLY once they're back on Appsumo to uphold the public image (it's not working by the way). Why were serious questions ignored for almost a year? I suggest you listen to your customers and consider these negative reviews as a wake up call. We "invested" into your business by buying LTD from an unknown company hoping to use it long-term, so success of Bhuman is important for every customer. Focusing on improving the core functionality of your product might be a good next step. Thank you

App sumo to grab this deal… I really need to keep in personal touch with my clients but it’s impossible by hand, this has made it possible and with incredible success. My clients are thanking me for filming did them on a regular basis, keeping our personal relationship alive. ALSO IMPORTANT I read some reviews here & just want to say I GET IT, it can be hard to get the tech to work properly but only because you’re missing a small step somewhere I was overwhelmed and didn’t do it right my first 3 attempts then I went on office hours and emailed support and I realized my film setup was the problem. I encourage you to get help from the company support team and keep trying cause once it works IT REAAAALLLY works on the results side :)

The idea is AWESOME.
But I'm disappointed with the product. The lip sync is just... Bad. Competitors seems to have solved it. So I truly hoped Bhuman would too, by now.

Hey guys, I just wanted to let you know that this tool is basically dead.
Three months ago, I told them I couldn't even use it for my projects, and I have a Tier 5 Appsumo deal that I bought over a year ago.
For about 7 to 8 months now, I haven't been able to use it the way I wanted because the Polish integration doesn't work.
I don't know how the English integration works, but I assume it's the same. Plus, for the past three months, I haven't even been able to use their UI because it doesn't load properly. I told them about this and talked to someone, but nothing happened.
Stay away from this. It's money grab, in my honest opinion.
I am reaching out regarding an issue I’ve encountered with the lip-sync feature on your platform. I’ve tested it with three different videos, but unfortunately, the speech does not align properly with the character’s lip movements in any of them. The result feels noticeably out of sync, making the overall experience less effective.
I kindly request your assistance in addressing this issue or providing guidance on how to improve the alignment. Your support would be greatly appreciated.

It appears your platform experienced a significant data loss incident about 5 months ago that impacted accounts based on your response to another reviewer below (Andy0). One of the negative effects of this incident, which it seems you are just now becoming aware of, is that several AppSumo users (including myself) were downgraded. However, you were aware that folks lost their campaigns, yet we never received an email about this to notify us of the potential impact on our account so we could check if there were other data loss issues we should look for. Why??
Since you did not adequately investigate the effects of the incident and you did not email users when the incident occurred, you waited until users discovered the effects of the issue on their own months later. Thanks.. 😒
There's even a review from June where another user "AndyO" explains that he has lost all his campaigns due to the incident (which should have never happened in the first place). It took you a whopping FIVE MONTHS to reply to this review! Most responsible founders reply to reviews within a few days at most even after a campaign closes. There is no good excuse for the lack of ongoing communication with your users on this platform. Just because a campaign closes does not mean you cannot check back in to see how users' experience has been and to provide critical responses through the Reviews or Questions section. Other founders check in all the time even if it has been over a year since the product has had a campaign. You said in response to another review that you are "a thousand percent committed to making our AppSumo users happy." However, your actions do not align with this statement as you are not being proactive with critical communication regarding incidents, and not responding in a timely manner to questions or reviews after a campaign ends.
You should be monitoring reviews to make sure you address dissatisfaction proactively and not just when you have another campaign coming up. It's also evident your support team is not informing you of what is happening behind the scenes since you are saying this is the first time you've heard of people being downgraded. Why didn't support inform you of this issue when it is clear another reviewer indicated he has been waiting for support to fix this? The user "christian814" goes on to say in his review "Support is being very painful. I can not create the videos we wanted as lost the functions we needed.." Your response was "I assume your issue has been resolved since working with support, correct?" What part of the review gave you the impression this issue was resolved when he is clearly telling you it's not? I too have lost my campaigns and have been downgraded as a result of this issue which is a double-whammy. Dealing with slow support and then a founder who is not being proactive in communicating with users makes it even worse.
So now we are left with a mess resulting from the incident your platform experienced 5 months ago which we were not informed about until now. How long will it take to get our downgraded tiers resolved and any lost campaigns restored (which are likely gone for good based on other reviews)? That's anyone's guess and the reason I can no longer recommend the product.
Apologies do nothing since it appears there is a consistent issue with BHuman's poor support and quality. I very much regret this purchase and would ask for a refund if I could. I hope this is the last time AppSumo allows this product on here. We deserve better.
