Unfortunately, Blastable doesn't care about its customers after it has sold to the sumolings.
When I bought tier 1 of the Blastable offer to test, I saw the possibilities of the other tools and then bought another ticket for the price of tier 3. I have already sent more than 5 emails asking them to upgrade my purchase to tier 3, but they never did. In all the tickets I opened with support, they asked for proof of purchase here from Appsumo, I sent it every time, but it's like doing nothing. It hurts when such a promising service provider acts in such an inappropriate and dishonest way. I'm tired of sending emails to a company that should take emails seriously. They´re able to blast my hopes. Maybe Acumbamail should be a better choice.
