I am really disappointed of the service I had with them ,I was first appsumo users who opted to top tiers (5)and when I tried to upgrade to reseller they told me you have to pay monthly, when on the first place first lifetime users can upgrade ,and their customer service never focus on loyal customers and keep saying you cannot buy lifetime and you can check their link is still active

This is not a toy, but a serious loyalty system with powerful possibilities. We have various types of loyalty cards, discount cards, membership cards, certificates, etc. and all this with perfect integration with Apple and Google Wallet. I would classify myself as a recluse when it comes to leaving reviews, but once every so often there is a software solution that rocks my world in terms of the functionality, the opportunity it presents, and SUPER IMPORTANTLY the team that are behind it!

And Boomerangme is all that and more! This is the nirvana of digital loyalty programs.

Time to throw away outdated punch cards- and usher in the Boomerangme!!

There is most certainly room for improvement, but that hardly detracts from the fact that this software is already functional and marketable; it is cutting edge compared to the manner in which most businesses roll out this type of service AND for that matter existing digital solutions; AND the Boomerangme team are hungry to develop this solution with the help of the community....and in my book any company that builds into their operating model (and ethos) the value of being dialed into the voice of the customer, and the importance of leveraging that feedback into the ongoing development of the software, is world class.

I have found the team at Boomerangme to be all that and more. This is not a solution to pass up on if you have a use case or service that could benefit from implementing the software- because the value (and future value) is tremendous.

Diamonds don't come out of the ground polished and cut, and once they are you have missed the boat on maximizing the opportunity. This software solution is well on its way to being the perfect digital customer loyalty solution, but WOW it is still being sold at a fraction of the price it should be.

I am stoked to be onboard. And yes I maxed out on the codes, and the upsell via the website.

Good product, early days. Shows promise. Am glad to be given the chance to check it out again.

The load speed has improved and webhook is now available.

But the card library is still lacking.

I think this tool is trending in the right direction. I quit because I cannot afford the reseller's upgrade, which is very important.

I think this tool will be very helpful to small businesses.

I did a max stack and opted for Reseller Plan after seeing the potential.
Mike from Boomerangme has been very helpful addressing my Support related issues.

I asked many many many times for instructions on how to setup. My responses were one of three. We will have directions shortly(never received). Next response was $150 setup fee. I didn't ask them to setup. Everything but email is setup. Final answer was it works for e everyone else. Being honest I was fearful to post my review but seeing as it is probably $1000 down the tubes. I might as well save someone else. Sad how a product with such potential just doesn't go the final mile. One positive thing. It finally loads with decent speed. Truly hope I didn't waste $1000
