I am really disappointed of the service I had with them ,I was first appsumo users who opted to top tiers (5)and when I tried to upgrade to reseller they told me you have to pay monthly, when on the first place first lifetime users can upgrade ,and their customer service never focus on loyal customers and keep saying you cannot buy lifetime and you can check their link is still active

When I told the CEO that i can buy reseller on later stage he said

Sure, you can.
But after 8/8 we will offer reseller option without unlimited sub-accounts. It will be limited option.

And their customer Service keeps saying you can't buy lifetime.
