I’ve reached out **every day for 6 days straight** via email and the chatbot, with **zero response**. I’m on the Tier 3 plan and urgently need v2 API access to move forward on a critical automation project. Every documented endpoint returns a 404 error, and despite extensive troubleshooting, no one from the team has acknowledged or addressed the issue.
To be clear: this delay is *not* due to a U.S. holiday — Boost.space operates on Central European time, and even after 48 hours past the Fourth of July weekend, there’s still silence.
If you're building anything time-sensitive, **do not rely on their support** — you may be stuck waiting indefinitely. Disappointing experience for a platform with this much potential.
