Brand Bay at the 4 tier level has been wonderful with 90% of what i was hoping for except for one thing.

Individual subdomains per client. After speaking to support i was told all clients have to go to the same domain such as: all-client.website.com

I was hoping to connect my domain, then do individual subdomains in Brand Bay. Something like client1.website.com, client2.website, etc.

Other than that it has been great. And I would still recommend it to anyone looking for an easy reliable DAM to use for their agency or business.

Im happy with my purchase and have no complaints. I do recommend two things though:
1. Please add the ability to export client brand kits as a PDF instead of just the current share or embed links.
2. I see some people have asked to add AI features to this tool, for me personally I would request you do not add AI features to your tool for scrapping or reading brand data/assets, your tool is perfect as it is. Adding AI will go against data and privacy on any client data/assets we upload as the AI could read, process & store this data without us knowing, which could get agencies dealing with many clients in big trouble legally.

BrandBay makes it so easy for me to organize my brand assets! The format is clean and easy to navigate.It's easy to set up categories and groups, and the you can either drop and drag or upload your assets. While I could do something similar using computer files, Google drive or similar, this particular application works well for me. Now I know exactly where to go when I need to share my logo or a brand image. Today I called upon their help desk for the first time and had a response within a couple of hours. Great work, Brand Bay Team!

We have multiple brands in our business, and managing all the assets amongst our global team has always been a headache — so this was a total no-brainer. No more outdated logos or incorrect information are slipping through the cracks. It's also super useful for sharing with external PR and colab partners, giving them access to logos, biographies and images etc. It's also a simple, elegant UI, which is easy to use. I highly recommend — do not hesitate!

I think this is my first review on AppSumo and that's simply because I've been very impressed with the BrandBay team. They have been extremely responsive and any little bug or question I had was addressed immediately with care and professionalism. BrandBay for us has become an extension of our Newsroom where a professional press/PR audience can find anything they need related to or organisation. It has become the source of truth for the team for important documents, assets, videos, etc. We're very happy and would highly recommend.

Less is more! J'ai testé d'autres opptions offertes par appsumo dans le même créneau. Mais Brandbay répond le mieux à mes besoins. Cet outil est vraiment indispensable quand on est graphiste.

- prise en main ultra rapide. Très intuitif. En 5 min je me suis approprié ce logiciel
- on choisit le type de fichier à charger et donc on paramètre à 100% comme on veut l'espace de la marque: je peux même y joindre mes guides de marque en pdf.
- choisir la couleur d'accent de la marque pour une immersion dans l'univers de la marque
- Design et présentation minimaliste et épuré de l'interface : on va à l'essentiel.

Les (petits) moins
- le fait de ne pas rendre le white labelling accessible dans les premières options de l'offre
- pas d'option d'envoi d'email personnalisé

Je recommande vivement. Fini les dossiers google drive! J'opte pour une présentation visuelle et professionnelle avec Brandbay.

My experience has been great so far. It's a very promising and much-needed solution for marketing agencies.

I do have a couple of suggestions that could further enhance the platform:

A. It would be helpful to have more customization options for client pages — for example, the ability to change background colors individually for each client.
B. Improving the user experience when adding new users, particularly for client accounts, would make the onboarding process smoother and more intuitive.

I'll be the first to admit, I thought this was just a shiny object that did the same thing as Google, but it's soooo not that!

I amount of OMG responses from the first client I put on this and the HUGE amount of time this saved me is nothing short of miraculous.

By putting everything into BrandBay and then giving the client clear instructions to look here before you ask the question I've saved myself at least 2 hours a day of garbage questions.

Not to mention the fact that it just looks so slick and professional!

Also shout out to @prizjr for sharing how they use this tool. I literally only tried it because of their endorsement.

I have tried many brand asset management tools and always returned them because they were too rigid and not flexible. BrandBay gives us the flexibility we need to cover many scenarios. It contains the necessary elements to manage extensive brand assets. Whether logo, fonts, colours or other assets, BrandBay offers the right tools for almost all applications.

After a few searches I found everything. Then the tool fulfills 100% of what I was looking for.

I'm totally having a 'where has this been for me the last 10 years' moment. I keep expecting to run into a dead-end, where I'm looking for a feature or customization the platform doesn't have, but it just doesn't happen. I'm so pleased.

Took a bit of time to get around and get familiar with BrandBay - I bought the full stack. So far, I am happy with this purchase. It is a full-fledged brand asset store. I have not yet tried the brand kit generator, so that in itself if a bonus. For me, the white label was key. I have another brand asset management app that is limited in comparison. Someone else mentioned that you can only upload images. That's not true. It may appear that way at first glance, but you can also add colors, fonts, notes, files, links and videos. All round well designed app.
