In a few words, I've tried them all, or nearly so. This is the best tool I've used to date: the user experience is crystal clear, and the features are impressive (I'm eagerly awaiting the "public commenting" feature). I also hope they will soon introduce a way to search and categorize projects because, as it stands, managing everything in a single workspace is challenging—especially with unlimited projects level 3 !

Planned updates include file attachments for comments on pages, which will be a welcome and necessary improvement. There are many exciting developments on the way, but even in its current state, this tool is the top choice for managing multiple web projects across teams of project managers, developers, and clients. I estimate it reduces the typical time lost to emails, phone calls, etc., by about 30% to 40%.

Additionally, the team behind this tool is responsive, professional, and friendly. This is one of my best finds on AS, and if they return to AS, don't miss it.
