I'll be honest: I've been using various products to get client feedback and I almost passed on Commented.

While I still have more exploring to do regarding all its features, I can tell you that the biggest strength I see in Commented is *not yet* in the intuitive platform for managing the comments and addressing feedback - but in the look and "feel" of the front end of the platform.

I've used other platforms fruitlessly as my clients pulled their hair out trying to figure out how to leave feedback without being overwhelmed by all the features they don't need access to. But the area that Commented really shines is the reason I could not pass it up:

Commented offers a simple, clear, fun and engaging way to gather feedback. It looks nice, it feels nice, and it makes you WANT to participate in the feedback process.

Beyond that, the engaging way that comments are handled also opens up new opportunities for "feedback fun" that just isn't possible with the other platforms I've tried.

Is Commented still young and growing? Can improvements still be made?

Yes. But the support team addresses your questions like they were they were on it yesterday, and they take feedback very seriously.

As long as they show this kind of dedication and keep developing this amazing product, Commented will continue to have a very bright future.

If you are on the fence --this one is worth exploring.
