I'm writing because I'm experiencing significant problems after paying for tier upgrades on both TYM and CX Genie. TYM has at least acknowledged the issue and said it will be resolved by developers. My major concern is CX Genie: I've been completely unable to reach anyone for support via email, live chat, or their AI support. How can I escalate this and get my account upgraded?
I can't beleive how much money I'm saving by using CXGienie AI bots instead of dealing with unreliable employees or virtual assistants who sometimes don’t respond, call in sick, or miss deadlines. I’m so excited about how this app provides such an afordable way to automate many of my important conversations with current and potential clients. It’s super simple. I needed a product that could connect all the messaging accounts I have and also have a web page with the support chat, and this was the best solution I found.
It has the option to grow your knowledge base and can also update the frequently asked questions based on what your users ask.
The support they have is very good, they help you solve any doubts or problems you may have.
Something I like is that they are constantly improving the product and adding new features.
Without a doubt, this product is saving me a lot of time in answering those questions that I was asked every day, and having a better quality of customer support.
I tried some similar tools, some on AppSumo as well, like Bot9. CX Genie is one of the best (still behind some popular subscription ones).
It supports some major channels like Discord, Telegram, and Facebook, which are mandatory for me. It also provides a lot of features which I haven't tried all of them yet.
However, one major issue with these tools, and of course with CX Genie: The UX is not good (enough). The newbie/new users will have to spend a lot of time to understand the tool.
It also misses URL crawl, which you only need to input the domain; the tool will find all available URLs for that domain.

When a LTD is offered here and "Next Level Support" is mentioned, the user should experience the support from CS Genie for themselves. Unfortunately, it was just average. The main reason for my refund was technical discrepancies. I can set up multiple chatbots – so far, so good. However, to clearly separate another business, I need an additional paid license. So it does me no good to set up X-bots, since when I make a request in Bot-A, content from Bot-B gets outputted. Furthermore, my questions continued to be answered based on my own prompt, even though I had switched back to the standard prompt. I could have waited for possible developments, but I made too many purchases and did not request a refund. Since then, there have been no significant developments, rendering the license essentially useless. The idea was good and recognizable in its basic principles, but the timing and accompanying circumstances simply did not fit.
You cannot think of a support solution without mailbox!
I bought the Tire 3 for unified mailbox solution, after paying and testing I can see this is comming soon. I also don't know will that comes with my current package for free or I need to pay additional fees 🤔
Additionally, the email my customer receiving after signing up from cx-genie email, I want to use my email here, I also want to fully customize any email that my customer received from the our CX Genie portal (support.bplugins.com)
Lastly I dont want to whow powered by cx-genie in the chat widget. as white label promise.

This is a best all in one customer support software that all startups and small sized businesses need. Support is slow but I think if the product is good support will eventually be better.
I have been using AI agents for many years. I have tried many different software, and this one, specifically, has been one of the least useful to me.
The AI's responses do not seem reasoned. I feel that there is no real AI in the responses, but rather in the process behind them. Let me explain:
I did different tests with URLs. It seems that the AI analyzes the URLs and creates questions and answers (in my case, with a lot of hallucinations). And then in the live chat, it seems to detect keywords and simply loads responses from what it created in its analysis.
I did different tests, and none were satisfactory. I had high hopes for this software, but... it has not been up to the level I expected.
