This is a powerful chatbot that has quite a complete feature set that I didn't find in competing products. CX Genie aims to provide a complete web and messenger customer support solution and its making great strides towards that.

Overall, the user interface is good, but sometimes it takes a little bit of digging to find the exact setting you are looking for.

Most of the other chatbots we tested failed to connect to our Meta Business Suite account. But CX Genie immediately connected without any technical difficulties! And the website embedded bot also works flawlessly!
The platform is clean and straightforward! And we love the chat Workflow feature! It makes the chatbot creation process simple with its clear visuals and user-friendly UI/UX.
Support is responsive on Discord and provides immediate feedback to our concerns, requests, and suggestions. And the monthly credits and limits are reasonable if not generous.

Recently i purchased. CX Genie is a game-changer for customer engagement! The interface is intuitive, setup is quick, and the automation features save so much time. Highly recommend for businesses looking to improve their customer experience.
I should mention that this is the first chatbot tool I’ve purchased, but I’m really excited about it.
After some initial doubts, when it seemed like the bot couldn’t really answer properly, I reached out to support. They replied quickly and suggested switching from a specific model to a blank template: that immediately gave me a big improvement in the responses. Without a doubt, the tool looks very promising and I’m happy with the investment.
Having only one workspace feels a bit limiting in terms of clarity, since dividing bots for different client sites would be much clearer with separate workspaces (a solution that other startups here on AppSumo later adopted for the same issue).
Other than that, aside from a small layout problem I won’t go into detail about, I’m very satisfied overall. So my rating is 4 stars for what it is now, plus one more because they’ve gained my trust in what it will become.
Es un buen producto, muy flexible. Lo tengo desde hace 7 meses con Tier 2. Lo he probado en ambiente producción y he logrado hacerlo funcionar profesionalmente en mi sector que es la venta de cursos online de ticket de alto valor. Tengo 31 programas a la venta con mucha información común entre programas. Probé diferentes métodos de entrenamiento y con CX logré equilibrar que cada chatbot aprendiera información precisa de cada programa. En total tengo 31 agentes que logran el propósito.
Mi método anterior tenía un solo agente para todos los programas, pero continuamente tenía problemas de alucinaciones del bot.
CX tiene resulta una excelente opción porque te da la flexibilidad de tener tantos bots como necesites y el modelo de mensajes es perfecto para mi sector.

Although it is supposed to come with VIP support, my request has not been resolved for over four months.
They claim there are other higher-priority tasks, but does this mean they simply lack the resources?
At this stage, I cannot recommend it.
I thought cxgenie will change my life. I'm writing this review with much sad. I bought the Tier 3 with a purpose of starting an ai saas around it. Unfortunately there are lot of flaws in whitelabel. The cxgenie branding is visible in multiple pages including in some popups. They told me they will fix it but no resolutions. Also I can't add users on to my platform. Email login is not working at all. This was one of the best ai customer support product I tested as a free user. When I becomes a premium user, things changed, struggles started. I guy who name Ngoc (Leah Nguyen) supported instantly on WhatsApp and solved most of my issues. Thanks for that). But the issue in whitelabel is not fixed on time, which time is important for me to onboard more users. I'm waiting for last 5 days, but no resolutionz from their side. Also lot of bugs founded, including in email and otp system. Cxgenie needs a lot more time to be good.
I bought Tier3 with bare minimum expectations.

5. Half of the links go to 404
6. Mailbox - Not working at all even with Google Mails - No one cared to resolve the issue
7. CNAME - Got random errors
