I keep contacting the support team, but nobody responds, I have event scheduled a call via. support. Nobody joined that as well.
It's a very poor experience, overall.
Shame that there is no response to the email address for support.
The AI engine generates random responses and I have highlighted this in my email to support but no response.
I recently started using CX Genie, and it has already made a significant impression on me. The first thing you'll notice about this AI chatbot product is its sleek and polished design, which not only looks great but feels intuitive and user-friendly.
Despite being relatively new to the market, CX Genie stands out due to its rapid and proactive development cycle. The team behind it is relentlessly pushing out new features, which highlights their commitment to continuous improvement and innovation. This persistent evolution is a huge positive indicator for me, as it shows that they are actively working to refine and expand the product's capabilities.
Any bugs I encountered were promptly noted by the staff, and it's clear that user feedback is taken seriously. The community is very active and open, with the support team always readily available to assist.
It's refreshing to see that you can directly interact with the CEO and other team members on Discord. This level of transparency and engagement fosters a sense of trust and confidence in the product's development trajectory.
I only have a few 'cons' regarding how things work now. For instance, there is a limitation of 50k conversations per month even with your own Open API key, and there are few options for customization and white-labeling. However, they have heard our concerns and are taking action to address these limitations. And I truly believe they will. :)
While CX Genie is not perfect yet, the ongoing improvements and the team's mindset of building the product alongside the community make me genuinely believe that they are on the path to achieving something awesome. If they maintain this pace and user-centric approach, CX Genie is poised to become a leading player in the AI chatbot space.
So if I were you, I would not miss the opportunity to purchase this lifetime deal and help shape this product. :)
But my oh my CX Genie flexibility and impressive, spot on features development caught my attention.
If you like Typebot/Botpress/Voiceflow, CX Genie is the best alternative and could potentially satisfy your business need, also you will regret missing this LTD, I highly recommend at least getting T1, very generous and great deal.
CONS:
1. No documentation page (maybe because the development are changing rapidly)
2. Limited customization for now (appearance, language translation, native 3rd party integrations)
3. Text based for now, need multimodal functionality.
PROS:
1. You can design deterministic/hybrid bot responses/workflow
2. UX/UI friendly, nocoders will appreciate the experience
3. Android/iOS app
4. AI/API/webhook friendly
5. Database MySQL/PostG integration
I'm currently exploring to convert CX Genie as direct internal tools (CRUD) for my staffs (chatbot as frontend), hopefully CX Genie can provide the features needed (permission hierarchy etc).

If I had 10 TACOS I would definitely vote. The CX Genie is surreal. I've been testing various tools here at APPSUMO for more than 30 days and CX Genie was the best I've tested. They are increasingly improving functionalities. Support responds very quickly. It has everything to become APPSUMO best Chatbot tool.
The interface, the team, the app, and the support are amazing, but unfortunately, it is not working for me. After 1 month of purchase, I am unable to connect my FB page. I reported this issue on Discord, where other people are experiencing the same problem. They just released a new version but did not fix the bug, and they do not know when it will be fixed because it depends on Meta. On the other hand, they promised WhatsApp integration soon, but it is not live yet. Therefore, I think, sadly, I will have to request a refund before the time window expires.
CX Genie has a solid base and is being developed be a very good support team. They also take every bit of feedback on board in the discord channel. My only concern with the Tier 3 plan was the lack of white labelling for unlimited bots was pointless but Ethan assured me that they are going to review that decision at the end of June.
customer service is sub-par. the email support that requested I send an email if it has problems referred me to the discord server. Discord server did not give any feedback or help.
Later on I noticed more than half my knowledgebase URLs have been deleted. All of my PDF uploads have been deleted as well.
Unfortunately, this product is too buggy for launch and isn't ready for deployment at the moment.
With that being said, it's the best chat bot I've used on the AS platform.
I love how easy it was to set it up and train. Click here, click there - ready. Discord is alive and full of support from the CX Genie team.

The auto-training feature, leveraging previous conversations, is a standout feature, offering unparalleled efficiency. However, I believe a few enhancements could elevate this tool to an even higher level:
1. Full white-label capability with custom domain and unlimited conversions would be a game-changer for agency owners. This feature would empower them to create distinct workspaces for each client, fostering a sense of ownership and professionalism. Additionally, granting clients access to their own workspace to interact with the bot directly during live chat sessions would enhance collaboration and streamline communication.
2. Implementing a bulk crawl functionality for website URLs would significantly improve efficiency. Instead of manually adding URLs one by one, the ability to bulk crawl URLs from the same website, even the sitemap is misunderstood, would save valuable time and effort. This enhancement would streamline the onboarding process and expedite the setup phase for users.
