Find the Perfect Influencers for Your Niche with AI

I've bought several products in this category in the past, and the common problems with them were either the credits went too fast or the data was not that great (or not updated often enough).

However, I just spent some time testing this and I am liking it. It works well, is easy to navigate, and I have not encountered the two previous concerns I mentioned. For example, with this, the credits are not frivolously burned using intermediary steps, and two, the data seems pretty good.

To give you a rough idea of how this works: you first enter either a URL or search terms. Personally, I prefer search terms because although it can derive those from a website, you may have a specific plan in mind (say you want to focus on one aspect of your website and not the full product/service line). But either way, you will then be presented with a number of relevant search tags. Next, you select the tags you want to explore (and you can choose the number of results you want for each tag).

Lastly, you choose the target country, follower count, and if you require an email to be available (I don't, because you can usually find their contact info elsewhere regardless). At this point, the results will take a few minutes to generate. You don't have to wait around for that though, and in fact, they will email you letting you know when the results are ready. The time it takes will depend on the number of results you want, but a search for 20 influencers took maybe 2-3 minutes I think.

A few other things to note - you can create folders for projects/lists, which is handy. Your past searches are saved under a history section. Also, you are not charged for influencers that have already come up for you, since there can always be subject area overlap when it comes to influencers in general.

I have not used the bulk email function, although I am sure some will find that handy. I prefer to use my own email, since I want to send very personalized, individual emails. I know they are working on supporting your own email provider (gmail was just introduced), so if you are looking for that functionality, they will have it.

In summary - I like this product. I can see the founder is absorbing and implementing feedback - a great sign. I think the value is definitely here right now, and it is worth the price asked. If you work with influencers (or think you might), I would recommend you give this a try. These tools can be very expensive, so this is a good opportunity for you to "get in early" as they say, at a very favorable price.

We'd actually bought, tested, and refunded both EezyCollab and Btrendy knowing we'd come back to them bcuz of the sheer value. The AppSumo activation process (just) changed which threw a 🔧 in our plans, because previously used emails are dead on arrival post refund. 📪

I'm a marketing agency owner using full-fledged software like Scrumball for clients' work. But I've been hunting for lightweight influencer marketing software for my side ecom and crowdfunding projects. As for the definition of lightweight, the software takes good care of 1) scraping the emails of YouTubers and 2) streamlining the outreach process.

EezyCollab perfectly suits my needs. I believe everyone who runs an ecom biz should grab a Tier 3 or plus deal while they can. Despite its potential, I do have a few suggestions based on my needs and workflows. (I've read the Roadmap, but Notion does offer upvote features, so here I am)

- Allowing users to search for a specific influencer by channel name, username, or social media handle could enhance the search experience. It's a common scenario that you have a specific influencer in mind and would like to use EezyCollab to find that influencer's email since you have reached the limits of YouTube's free email reveal. Instead of using 1 credit to do this, now I have to select extra hashtags to reach the minimum 20 profile requirements to initiate the influencer search.

I'm fully aware that this suggestion might challenge the product definition made by the EezyCollab team. Without providing a url, search queries, keywords, or hashtags, AI cannot match and recommend enough influencers. But sometimes, artificial intelligence shouldn't be evolved to make things more complicated than they should be.

After being verbose like a bad product manager, I suggest EezyCollab integrates the unlock email feature when rolling out the full analytics reports for the YouTube channel.

- Besides the delete list feature, which already completed development. Please prioritize the email upload function, which is currently in review status.

- Please consider enabling the email template savings feature. I saw the team is considering an AI-powered Email Writer function. But a tailored complement of influencers' work + templated cooperation details based on the products + follow-ups works best for me.

I saw that the Gmail integration is under development and the SMTP service is planned, not to mention the upgraded search filter and its intuitive UI. The EezyCollab team acts and ships fast. And the tool itself is growing constantly and steadily. After more core functions (like campaign management, CRM, and email sequence) roll out, it would be one of the best deals I purchased via Appsumo.

i like that it matches you with relevant influencers. There are some instances where it messes up but it's not too often in my tests and they seem to be improving day by day. They are also making a lot of updates since launch. Now we can filter emails and followers and added analytics. Sometimes analytics is slow but it's in beta so should improve. Accounts with emails needs improvement, but i see on their roadmap they are working on this so hope this is better with time. Thanks for coming to appsumo and i wish you the best with future development.

I was too harsh in my previous review, giving EezyCollab only one star when I saw how hard Yiki and her team tried to make a great tool and listen to customer feedback. I deleted the review and now am updating it to 4 stars, and here is why:
 
It has better limits than Btrendy, which is a credit hog.
 
Yes, the basic functionality needs to be improved. It does an excellent job of finding relevant influencers based on keywords, but to contact them through the software, you must use their email domains. 
 
I forgot that you still have very relevant targets. While the email issue is being fixed, you can still message the influencers through social platforms using your own brand-named accounts.
 
When I created an analytics report, I thought it wasn't working and there was an error, but it went through once I refreshed it. These are basic analytics reports showing followers and engagement rates on the selected influencer.  
 
However, Btrendy automatically shows followers and engagement rates on each profile right after the keyword search, so you do not have to select each profile manually. 
 
However, it has a deeper dive option into the analytics but at a very high credit cost: at least 10 credits per influencer to see even more statistics. Also, right now, EezyCollab only allows analytics on Instagram and not TikTok, and Youtube like Btrendy does.
 
EezyCollab support is fast, considers feedback, and solves issues quickly.
 
I picked the tool up because it had higher limits than Btrendy.
 
Btrendy wins with a slight edge because the functionality is currently better.  You have more filters, and it shows a basic analytics snapshot of all influencers when you run a search to show the follower count and engagement rate. 
 
You can reach out to influencers using your own email domains and Gmails, which EezyCollab can't currently do. 
 
Where EezyCollab has a Btrendy beat is that you can find LinkedIn and Twitter influencers. Professionals use these networks, so it is essential to see contacts here, especially if you do any meaningful advertising on these platforms, as you know how expensive they are.
 
I would say if you have the money, get both, but if you don't, here is my recommendation for which one to pick based on your needs:
 
If you are okay with having more relevant targets across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter while messaging the contacts directly from your social profiles, then EezyCollab is for you.
 
If you want to email people directly from the software with your branded domain names and are okay with using only TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube with better analytics, Btrendy is for you.
 
I gave both EezyCollab and Btrendy 4 stars.

Love the way EezyCollab's search works. I just added our e-commerce company's URL, and it automatically detects all the influencers on the watch category only!

I will keep trying to see how can I can go with EezyCollab. So far so looks very nice. :)

I've been using EezyCollab for my influencer research, and it's been a game changer. The platform's ability to centralize everything makes managing campaigns so much quicker and easier. The accuracy of the search in my niche is around 90%, which is way above average compared to other tools I've used in the past.
I haven't used the inmail feature yet as I do DM outreach however I might give it a go since it's there.
Plus, the responsive support team is always there when I need help.

It is a time a huge time saver in my use case. The multi-platform feature is fascinating,.
Its accuracy has room for improvement. Export function is missing in 1st two tiers. Founder is keen in solving problem. Overall it looks good.
