The CRM is not yet developed, and the entire software could have been designed differently. The email feature lacks a group email function where emails from the same sender and subject are grouped under one email history. When dealing with a client and trying to add it to a deal/opportunity, if the email is replied to, the opportunity disappears, making it challenging to follow up, especially with hundreds of emails; one can lose track of the ongoing activity. This issue needs to be addressed since the current setup is quite ineffective unless dealing with a small number of clients, in which case, software would be unnecessary. Adding a user allows them to change the setup, reducing control over the email function. The chat button to contact support is not functional. Sometimes, when working and clicking on emails or other internal links, it gives a 404 error. The server is slow. I have not tested the other features, so I am unsure of their functionality. It is an average software that, if properly developed, could become a good one, hence, 3 stars for its potential!
