Hi, let's start from that: with the newest update of your product, from today, 9th of July 2023, you have put me in a very uncomfortable situation.

I purchased your product some time ago via Appsumo. Since then, i was using it daily. And today, to my surprise, you have changed the product completely. I am not talking about the visual side only but about how the program works. It seems the content is written without any sense, the words and content are repeating, and the sentences make no sense. Only yesterday it worked perfectly, and today it is one colossal failure. I have experience with your product for several months, so it is not a first-time user complaint, but your long-time client. For example the "tools- first time writer" is different and called differently. The "expound" is not giving the outcome as earlier, but rather some messy content that is not logical at all. The outcome of the content in the "tools" is not allowing the option to change or edit the text- and it seems it was removed. Only yesterday it was working fine. The last thing, the "chat" with you- is gone.

I hope you will return to the previous product, as currently, i feel i got something i didn't pay for. At least give the option to the customers to choose what version of your product they want to use.

I will be happy to delete this negative review if your product will be back to "yesterday".
