API super Limited has been many years they haven't added web hooks the simplest thing in the world I'm sure it's to force you into using send box another mediocre product. but hey it kinda does what it's intended to rarely ever does it actually bring in more people than your original audience but worth a shot I guess. Plus since you can't get rid of their branding it's great for them

Was really excited about this but disappointed with the lack of integrations.

since it is free, it is still good to start, especially for my small business, worthy to try

It does work partially, but not how one would expect such product to work.

The social network integrations are well outdated now, and the tracking of shares is "hackable." You can click share without actually sharing, and it will still credit points. In 2025, it doesn't even feel like a gimmick product anymore.

they must uplift the whole interface and provide more options

Horrible onboarding experience where we never received a confirmation email to verify and I did receive one response from support@appsumo.com but no response since.

I have used this a few times and it used to work great. It is a basic tool but does the job and you cannot beat the price for what it provides.

However now I cannot upload photos, I've tried every browser, going incognito and and since there is no support, just an FAQ page, I'm stuck and frustrated 😒

I'll give it 2 tacos for what it used to be but why is it no longer working?

I am sure this is a great product for more techy people but to much frustration for a new person like myself who has never done an online giveaway. I lost 2 days of the giveaway because my integration didn't work the first time. I checked in 2 days latter (shame on me for trusting it worked!) and saw a notice in my dashboard. Would have been nice to get an email instead! I am sure I lost many subscribers because of the integration part.

I sure hope it will be easier next time if I even use it again. $49 was a bit steep for a one time use...😟😟😟

These contests are being hacked and thousands of false entries are being flooded into them.

This in turn will fill up your bulk email program (like Sendfox) and while support will sympathize with you, the team has not fixed the problem. This has been happening over since at least January 2024 (I am writing this on April 30th 2024) and Appsumo has not not fixed the bug that allows the contests to be hacked.

There are other bugs, like broken links to social media accounts, but that is minor compared to the contests being hacked. There are basic features missing, like for example, there seems to be no way to even change your password.

I have no confidence in this product and it makes me question whether I will ever use another Appsumo original product.
