Seems to be good.

I was initially drawn in thanks to it having a few features I'd like at a decent price, however it's clear that there are issues that need fixing. 1) You can't disable reminder emails so KingSumo sends 3 emails before the end of the giveaway to your entrants. I was told by support that this is to encourage more users to engage but that shouldn't be up to you to decide. I don't want to send users these messages. 2) When using the Mailchimp integration it just stuffs the whole name entered into the "First Name" column on the Mailchimp side so everyone entering with their full names will end up with no surname in Mailchimp, just a first name with everything they entered which isn't exactly ideal. 3) Most annoyingly, somehow malicious users managed to get 7000+ botted entries into one of my recent giveaways. Sure, they used different emails, a pool of IPs, and different names, however if 3000 people enter at the exact same time, it should surely ring alarm bells? The kicker here is that I would have to go through and manually delete these entries 1 by 1 and then make a note of them to then delete from my integrations. Hopefully when I reach out to support they're able to spot the false ones and provide me with the list so I can at least do this a little quicker. The final minor thing is not being able to remove branding (given the price, eh, but still, it'd be nice). It's done the job somewhat well for the price but if I wasn't well beyond the refund period at this point, I'd be requesting one as sadly I don't think I'll be continuing to use the product.

The landing page is nice and the giveaways are easy to set up. I wish there were a tidier WordPress solution for a more compact widget that's more customizable and eye-appealing.

We own 2 restaurant / bars and have a big party coming up that we are selling thickets too. We wanted to give away some tickets and by using this software we were able to get those people all to do the marketing for us. We also collected all the emails and sms # so it was a win - win!

I can see myself using this for long time, but the only downside, this site doesn't gives Arabic users great deal. YES you can write in Arabic for your campaigns , but the original sharing options like "share on twitter" are not adjustable. If you want any help with Arab translation, am welling to help.

almost everything I need . Everything is great . the only downfalls I have found in my few weeks of playing around with it. 1. The name and phone number do not populate in the attached send fox account. The developers have added this to the list. 2. It would be nice to be able to brand each giveaway separately rather than just 1 logo or no logo. 3. The rules page has a buy now button and a price list so if you are don't want your agency clients to see the pricing you're out of luck. They could find it anyway as the kingsumo brand is fixed at the bottom so I guess its a trade off . great price vs clients can do it themselves if they look hard enough. Other thatn that, a deff home run!

This is a very useful software, finally I can manage the stuff professionally!

Does exactly what it says, easy to use UI, and love the extra entries options.

I was quite excited at first, easy to use and does what you need. Nice integration with SendFox. Then I launch my first giveaway… —No integration with Sleekbio! (content not supported yet) —Buggy translation: OK, so you can’t work under the hood, that’s OK, as long as it works. But here, half of the content is translated (well translated I have to say). But the other half is in English and make it unusable. —Resend confirmation: the page is reloaded to the beginning. So if you have to resend 50 conf. it’s about 100 clicks + scrolling —I have been contacted by people who told me they cannot enter: the content integrated on my website is blocked by several browsers (i.e. Brave). —Not so efficient and less magical than advertised. People enter but very few share it. (Country-related behavior?) I bought it and used it once. It’s OK. I’ll probably use it again, but I’m not sure I would buy it again.

I have been running all kinds of contests with all kinds of platforms to promote restaurants during Covid. King Sumo is one of the most effective, easiest to implement and cheapest solutions out there. I was live in literally 10 minutes. One note though. I was originally cursing you because I couldn't believe you didn't have a website pop-up available as one of display options. I know it seems obvious to YOUR team, but I had no idea that 'SUMO' was the name of your free pop-up tool. Sometimes branding is your enemy. Pretty minor shortcoming overall though. Great Job.
