Dominate search results with perfectly crafted SEO content
The UI is what got me to try out KWHero and I was not disappointed. The content generation is pretty spot on for me. I've been using chatGPT for my SaaS blog, which does the job much cheaper than kwhero, but the quality and speed definitely make kwhero worth the extra $$$. The outlines are great (headings are a little wordy sometimes). The custom prompting makes it so much better to use than ChatGPT because I can control each individual aspect of the copy and add in CTAs exactly where I want them.

> But, if you're buying the lower tiers, you're not going to be able to do much (if anything). They did get rid of the limits on the BYOK package for tier 6. I would've loved it if this was on all tiers but it is what it is.Overall, it's an absolutely amazing tool that has significantly reduced the time I need to spend on writing the content. Is it perfect? Absolutely not. But even in its current state, it's pretty much on par with tools that have been around for years.
I have had KWHero for a while now and have tested many other tools. There are tools available that are great content writers. There are amazing keyword research tools. There are quick and easy blog writing tools.
There is only ONE tool that does all of it. KWHero is the one to rule them all.
I found other content creation tools I thought were really slick! They gave me zero control over the keywords they used, no way to provide guidance for the model, and I still had to do a lot of re-writing and editing after it was complete. Bulk content creation is cool, but not when you have to re-write it all.
I found other keyword research tools I thought were more powerful and might be a better solution. They had no content creation solutions. I still had to take my findings to another app and create the content from scratch, ultimately taking much longer.
At the end of the day, I refunded all those products that fell short. I have just now upgraded all the way with KWHero. Proud Tier 6 owner, here!
There's only one product that can give you all parts of the content creation process, allow control over the finished product, and require the least amount of re-writing and editing. AI simply isn't perfect technology yet, so as with all AI-generated content, you'll still need to run through it and check for accuracy and weird AI phrases. KWHero, to be honest, has the least amount of AI-sounding phrases in their content. They have done an awesome job with both the content creation AND the keyword research tools, and combined them into a very powerful, easy-to-use solution.
10,000 tacos to the developers! And to my fellow SumoLings.... Just buy this one. Forget all the others. You won't need them.
Here is what I think:
For:
1- Good for writing content that can reduce AI detection.
2- Easy UI
3- Can add your prompt if needed.
Against
1- Lack of update and still using old AI.
2- The keywords cannot be found at times. You need another Keyword tool.
3- Support is slow.
Overal; 4 tacos because I like the content it produces. There are glitches that are easy for the developing team to resolve, but they do not seem to answer support queries.
I just upgraded to tier 6 to show my commitment to the product. Please provide better support and show a roadmap. Your product is good, why not make it excellent?
Everything you need to create good copy is right here. The only things this tool requires are a keyword, your target audience's country and the language. Everything else is generated for you. Keywords are generated and integrated, in the tone you want (which you can tweak even further), with the purpose you want, at your target readers' level of understanding. Even the article title can be generated.
Good customization options that help convey the persona I want in my articles. Overall, a pretty great tool, maybe 4.8 out of 5.
The tool itself had a lot of hype and promise, but it's completely under delivered. KW Hero is stuck in a non existent roadmap with very little to no updates. Stuck with outdated LLM and average at best output. The keyword tool is horrible. You have to use VERY common keyword terms for it to come up with anything of substance. The writing tool is way behind the game with little to no formatting. Literally everything is way behind the game and falling further behind everyday.
Lastly, Aleks is arrogant and condescending in his answers and responses. Absolutely horrible customer service which matches the trajectory of the tool itself...going nowhere.
Positive:
- nice UI
- I saw a few tutorials about the tool and would have liked to use it
Negative:
- did some experiments. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be ready for the German market.
For example, "online marketing handwerk" does not produce any results in keyword research. If I enter that into Ranklytics, I get a search volume of 110 and medium competition. If I enter that into KWFinder, I get a search volume of 120 and keyword difficulty of 12.
Keyword hero has made a significant difference to our SEO game. The search function has allowed me to find the perfect blend between search volume and competition to compete on. The blog writer is then amazing. It literally takes 5 minutes to write a SEO blog that is amazing.
Love the UI. Its very intuitive. This will be a killer tool when they get it working reliably. I recommend stacking up just for the potential of it.
For my test, the keyword lookup worked well but then it went south from there. Things started failing when doing content analysis on the keyword list. Out of 34 keywords that I performed content analysis on, all failed but 4. It burned through credits but no analysis on 30 out of 34 keywords. I contacted support through the form and we'll see how that goes.
The user interface is incredibly user-friendly, and all the features work seamlessly. However, the keyword data feels a bit limited. I’m hoping future updates will bring in more country-specific insights and deliver even more accurate keyword suggestions. Looking forward to seeing these improvements!
Very easy to use keyword research and excelt AI writing for the found keyword. It offers a lot of flexiablility in the writing style
Negative Aspects
I find this platform to be quite expensive. Firstly, it lacks many functions that other AI writers offer, such as rewriting, expanding text, translating, rephrasing, etc.
Additionally, I have noticed that often out of the 10-15 H2, H3, and H4 titles created in the outlines, 3-5 are usually omitted when generating the final text. This can be frustrating if you are looking for a tool that maintains the coherence and structure of the content.
Another issue is that KWHero’s AI-generated content sometimes fails to capture the right tone and voice for my brand. This inconsistency can be problematic for maintaining a unified brand identity across all content.
Furthermore, the keyword research data provided by KWHero isn’t always up-to-date. I’ve encountered instances where the keyword volume and ranking difficulty metrics were outdated, leading to less effective SEO strategies.
If you are looking for an AI writer, you can find much better options on AppSumo with many more features. For example, WordHero, Junia, WriteSeed, and WriteCream. These alternatives are not only more economical but also offer more functionalities. Additionally, they produce articles that can rank well and allow you to use additional tools like ChatGPT or others like Anthropic.
If you only plan to buy one on AppSumo, I advise choosing any of these options instead of KWHero.
Positive Aspects
On the positive side, KWHero does excel in some areas. The platform provides a comprehensive analysis of long high-performing articles, which is useful for understanding what works in your niche. The ability to discover keywords with data on cost per click, profitability, and ranking difficulty is also beneficial for planning your SEO strategy.
Moreover, KWHero's integration with WordPress makes content publishing straightforward and efficient. The sharing and collaboration features are handy for teams working on SEO projects together.
The NLP optimization feature is another strong point, as it helps ensure that the content meets Google’s latest standards. Plus, the capability to generate content in 80 languages can be a great asset for businesses targeting a global audience.
Simple to use tool, pretty handy for keyword research. It doesn't have updated list of keywords in comparison to Semrush Keyword Magic. Would also be nice if they included a feature to check the Keyword Difficulty for your domain and not overall
