I contacted listnr team because the VO (which is what i paid for) function is not working. Instead of solving the issue, the listnr team asked me to subscribe for their new services to get priority support, which defeats the purpose of my life-time deal. It's unethical work practices, if they release life-time deals, but later disable functions, just to get LTD members to further subscribe to their monthly payment plans.
