Zero support, emails are ignored, notification delay, pricy

* Zero support. It is impossible to get any of your emails answered.
* There is even no support page to contact or submit a support request. Only a very tight contact form limits the number of characters on the frontend website.
* No in-app support in the backend.
* There is a massive delay of the emails received when an issue happens to your website. For example, I receive the website down alert from the free Jetpack instantly, then after 5 to 15 minutes I get the alert from NonSpark.
*The service name is “NonSpark” but I couldn’t see anything “Spark”!
* The email templates you receive in the event of whatever the incident is are messy and ugly. They don’t really deliver the job of communicating an issue in a minimal way.
* The prices are extremely expensive compared to the services provided, and another LTD deal in AppSumo does a much better job.
* There is a significant lag when updating the status page. You need to keep trying and refreshing the page.
* Considering the price, there are no basic features of subscribers like most of the services that do the job and even better.
