I see I am not the only one with a bad experience

Frankly this seems to be an abandoned project. The core function are doing the basic of what they are supposed to do even if there is room for improvement I would be ok with that.

1. Downloading a fully edited video using MP4. The video is missing so completely useless. You get the soundtrack with the template and transcript no video

2. The branding does not work and I am tier 3

3. Support is inexistant

4. And now I can't even upload new videos

Unfortunate while I can see why some might need better output. For my needs for the few times I could use it successfully It filled my needs.
I now see this project as money in the wind
