We’ve been longtime users of Optinly via an AppSumo deal, but recently they’ve suspended all user accounts due to an unrelated payment dispute with AppSumo — even accounts that had nothing to do with the issue.
This kind of blanket punishment shows a shocking lack of professionalism. Instead of addressing the matter with AppSumo directly, they’ve chosen to lock out their entire user base, with no communication or alternative offered. It’s a terrible way to treat loyal customers and speaks volumes about how they handle conflict and customer support.
Avoid unless you’re okay with losing access to your service without warning.
