I bought tier 2 and have my first affiliate program up and running in minutes. Setup using JS tracking works flawlessly. Affiliate portal can be fully white-labeled, you can even embed your own CSS. Great UX and UI and the documentation is detailed and easy to understand.
I have also had a good experience with the support team, they reply within about 2 days.
Nevertheless, I have the following wishes for future development:
- Commissions can be set at product / category level, but I cannot distinguish between percentage and fixed value in the same program. For example: Product A: 5%, Product B: 10$
- Commissions cannot be edited afterwards. Commissions can be automatically set to "Pending" for a certain period of time (e.g. 14 days). I would like to have the option of setting the commission manually from "Pending" to "OK" after 7 days, for example. Or generally I would like to be able to edit the amount of the commission afterwards. In both cases you have to delete the original transaction and create a new one manually.
- The time of the transaction is missing in the lists, only the date is displayed. This is also the case when exporting.
- Transactions are always based on a customer data record. In my case, I don't want to store any customer data, but this is mandatory, so I simply pass fantasy names in the transaction. Works but makes it difficult to find a transaction in the backend because I have to know my fantasy customer name. In addition, the displayed "Signup" data records are meaningless to me and my partners. It would be nice to be able to optionally record transactions without having to enter customer data. Technically, this could be solved, for example, by each partner having a "Default Customer" data record to which the transaction is then assigned if no customer data has been entered.
Hope the Partnero Team can at least implement the editing of transactions and display the transaction time in the listings.
I use Partnero in the travel industry - provisioning of travel products is not quite as simple as perhaps with physical or digital products. Customers can cancel (with or without costs) even shortly before departure or they can book flight or room upgrades afterwards by email. Therefore, the possibility of adjusting the commission is important here.
Overall a great deal, get in while you can!
