I am reaching out to seek your assistance regarding an issue with the credits related to our account. We purchased a total of six codes—five on January 19, 2024, and one on June 12, 2024. As a Plus member, we are covered by the 12-month guarantee, which leads us to believe that we should be eligible for the credits.
However, we received a response indicating that the window for claiming these credits closed on December 19th. Unfortunately, I was out of the country due to a personal emergency during that time, which prevented me from addressing this matter sooner.
We genuinely value our investment in AppSumo and appreciate the opportunities it provides. We understand the importance of adhering to policies but hope you can consider our situation given our membership status and the circumstances surrounding our delay.
