Once you understand how it works and how to effectively give instructions, this works really, really well.

The ads are very good, you can change video scene images with getty images and pull up lots of voices.

If you need help, support is pretty quickly available ; I had the founder himself onboard me and explain the platform since I wasn't getting the video ad effect I wanted.

And you can always ask for a specific voice to be pulled up if you need it by asking support..
