Radaar has unilaterally altered the terms for its AppSumo users, effectively downgrading the value of our original lifetime purchases. What was once a generous and feature-rich plan has been replaced with a "new way worse plan" that severely restricts functionality and capacity. This move feels like a bait-and-switch, undermining the very premise of a lifetime deal.
To add insult to injury, Radaar is now forcing existing AppSumo customers to upgrade to their recurring subscription plans if they wish to retain the level of service and features they originally paid for. This is a particularly egregious move, as the entire point of an AppSumo lifetime deal is to avoid ongoing subscription costs. It feels like a coercive tactic designed to push loyal early adopters into a subscription model they explicitly opted out of.
While Radaar's platform itself has its merits in terms of features and usability for social media management, this change in their business practice is a major red flag. It demonstrates a disregard for their early supporters and a willingness to devalue previous commitments.
