One of the Worst experience .. Zilch Customer Support. Feels a Scam

This one is dead tmk. Unable to login for months, wrote to support, got 421 error for my email ( host not reachable) , reported to appsumo, they said they contacted them & assured it will be up in 2 weeks. Still cant use. Mail sent few days back did not give me any error, so probably they received it, but decided not to open/respond . Thinking I was intelligent, tried new sign up which also did not work.. So to me they are true are true to what they say in their website " Undetectable ". I am out... asking for refund .

Appsumo so protect not just for purchases , you should Penalize Founders/Companies who do a click & bait , or give poor customer service /give differential treatment to appsumo buyers , change the pricing plan, features tactfully to make us look like a fool.

Maybe create an escrow account & release it based on some milestones achieved on customer support / being transparent & genuine . Dont give them funds immediately on purchase . If they are coming for feedback, to understand product features, to refine their GTM strategy, they shoudl be willing to pay a price. Also like how you allow for upgrade of tools when the Vendor comes back, you should also allow downgrades . I saw some tools change rules & come back with new tier in less than 6 months. Some with 3 months. We should be allowed to refund them. Adjust the refunds with the sales made in the follow up cycle. I know it's not easy, but if there is intent, you can implement. Please remember its not easy on us also.
