What everyone's saying
While I like the UI and ability to use filters to get the desired list, a 25% bounce back rate makes it more work than I can handle. For a list of 1,000 emails, I received over 250 bounced back. Since my email service only allows 100 sent at a time, I spent most of my day correcting the list (in case the balance has value for future use.)
I see potential and will continue to use since I invested in the product.
I hope the builders continue to improve the app and are successful.
I initially had trouble creating an account. I wrote to support and they set me up. I logged in successfully and did a couple of searches. I now have access to bunch of leads for a great one time price. I will update as necessary once I use this more but wanted to give my initial impression of the deal and my access to the product.
I have taken Tier 2, but I am now initiating for refund. It's not up to the mark yet. Needs a lot of improvement. The system works very slowly, and I got a 20%+ bounce rate from the data I exported. Also sometimes I got errors while downloading the data. I hope they will take this as feedback for improving their product. All the best!
The performance of the software makes it unusable, so it is hard to tell if the data is helpful - shame!

I really like the UX the clean design and simple format of the website. Very well put together. I'd say four out of five tacos as the data is 95% for the US. Very limited data for other regions.
I'm based in South Africa, and the data available is non-existent. Even Africa, or other countries like China, have very little data on the platform.
The filtering prospect section could benefit from additional fields such as Apollo or Clodura. But overall a good job for a tool that is expanding.
I have just given a try to ReachStream and the approach they are using is simple, neat and efficient.
I understand the database will be growing over time but as it is right now it already offers a decent amount of data and it is qualitative data.
Shout out to the team for continuously populating and verifying and cleansing the data.
Stupid simple but useful is the possibility to narrow the search using the NIC code
And the best is that Tiers 2 offers unlimited contact views on the web interface + 10,000 contacts export which is a great allowance to be secured before they reduce it :-)
