Where do I start. Been using for a month, time to get a refund I think.
- The app is so buggy.
- Emails don't get sent, I've set limits per day of 450 emails across my various emails, barely 100 get sent on a good day. Most days none even go out, I tried all their troubleshooting including rescheduling campaigns and nothing works.
- The AI personalised emails are so basic, it's just a generic one liner based on the prospect's website, you can't set individual personalised prompts so there is at least some structure to each email.
- You have to individually approve each AI email too, which means it takes hours just to get a half decent amount out, sort of defeats the point of a 'marketing automation' tool.
- Even when I approve them to go out, most of the time they don't even get sent and appear in my outbox again waiting for my approval.
- They do reply to support messages, but nothing of value gets actioned.

Really poor product overall, disappointing as I had high hopes.
