I want to express my deep disappointment with the Satellitor app. For over two months now, I have encountered a major issue with the blog posts feature, which simply no longer works. I have contacted support multiple times, asking them to resolve the problem, but nothing has been done.

At first, they assured me they would take care of the issue quickly. However, after weeks of empty promises and no concrete actions, there has been no improvement whatsoever. To make matters worse, they are now completely ignoring my messages! This attitude is extremely frustrating and shows a clear lack of professionalism.

It's unacceptable for a company not to honor its commitments to paying customers, especially when dealing with a broken product. Unfortunately, I can no longer request a refund, leaving me stuck with a malfunctioning app. Therefore, I strongly advise against investing in this application. Not only are you likely to be disappointed, but you will also lose your money with no support whatsoever.

In summary: nonexistent customer service, a product that doesn’t work as advertised, and a company that doesn’t honor its promises. Stay away from this app!

I don't know where to start... very buggy software, very poor user interface and even worse user experience!
It was a pain to get it to work. Then for some reason it stopped working. Contacted company many many times. At first hey responded with non-working tricks, then stopped responding to my message.
Requested refund from Appsumo, they said after 60 days we can only issue credit, which doesn't make sense, because they are selling a bogus software that doesn't work, I should be entitled to choose credit or money back. Still waiting on them to decide. If a refund is not granted, I will take this to the State attorney of their State. It's fraud to sell something that doesn't work, then force people to buy another software, that may not work either. This is not my first product with mediocre quality from Appsumo... too unfortunate!

Like many others who have tried this deal, they had big technical issues, such as not being to move past step 2 in the account set up. At the time a few days ago when I tried this deal out, there was not a single response from Satellitor to any questions or reviews on appsumo since April 30th. Perhaps they've fixed the technical issue by now and perhaps they've started replying again. Unfortunately for me, I was disappointed that Appsumo would allow them to stay on as a company they vouch for, as it seems they are ignoring the whole community and those who purchase their deal for months now. If you can get the software to work, I bet it's amazing...however, for those of us who have had the worst of luck for months now, we will never know.

I would especially like to see a more appealing and colorful design of the Satellitor website and user interface. Unfortunately, everything is in black and you can't change the color. So Satellitor capabilities and potential 5 tacos, website design 2 Tacos :-D. So there's still a lot of upside potential and it will attract a lot more customers because there will be a lot of solopreneurs like me who have little time for design and administration. Satellitor is a real time-saving machine.

Es gibt Probleme mit der Anbindung zu Wordpress. Seit 2 Wochen versuchen wir eine Hilfestellung zu erhalten. Ausser leeren Phrasen kommt da nichts. Finger weg - nur noch nervig.

It's a shame the product doesn't work with webflow. I waited almost 2 months and still nothing. I would try again if webflow is working.

I think Satellitor is a great program and easy to use. To get the most out of it, be sure to tweak your keyword list. I also got a Deposit photos account with it through AppSumo, so I can add good quality photos to my site. I would buy from AppSumo again.
