I bought this tool to learn more about SEO as an alternative to something like Semrush and ideally to get some insights on a few websites I'm helping manage.

While the product may be fantastic, there is no documentation whatsoever. Requests to support are answered, but they direct you to a "blog section" that has videos that are years old and don't explain how to use the product or take advantage of it. They won't do a walk through or video demo or provide any direct support beyond "go to the blog".

Wish it was useful, but going to end up returning it because I can't get value out of it.
