There are several things I like about this product and it mostly works as advertised (with the occasional glitches uploading videos by users).

BUT the biggest problem is zero customer service. We've been waiting 3 days with no response to multiple submitted tickets. This is likely indicative of a bigger problem. Buyer beware.
