SparkReceipt

SparkReceipt has easily saved me days of work. It uses AI to automatically fill in transactions from email and documents. You can also enter them manually. I love that I can drag and drop a PDF and have the transaction filled out. You can even bulk upload PDFs. But the really amazing thing is the email address they give you to send documents to. I have setup multiple rules in my inbox so that any invoices that come in get automatically forwarded to SparkReceipt. SparkReceipt takes care of pulling out the relevant data and making the entry in the books! So I don't even have to think about most of my common expenses. This has truly been a game changer. What's more, they have a webhook capability. So you could even send that parsed data to another service such as a larger accounting software. I just can't express how pleased I've been with this product. If you have a business, you need this.
