I invested in a custom avatar and additional minutes, expecting high-quality lip sync. Unfortunately, the lip sync is shockingly poor. Customer support dismissed my concerns, claiming it's "normal" for the first generation avatar.
There's been no attempt to resolve the issue or offer a solution. Instead, they're focused on up selling a newer, supposedly superior version. This is a complete waste of money.
