Like many others, I have purchased many different software titles from Appsumo to help run my business. I, like many others, have abandoned or stopped using half of the things I bought because they were not as flexible or useful as I expected.
Then came SuiteDash and I have to say this is one of the most well-thought-out business tools I have ever used. Yes, it does take some thinking about whilst you are first getting set up. But the owner has provided outstanding training video lessons to help you in every step of the journey. Take some advice if you buy this: slow down and watch the videos and lessons they offer. it will save you tons of time in the long run.
Soon you'll realize that SuiteDash offers a product that will greatly improve your business and client experience.
Please do not miss this. I love using the SuiteDash platform and its amazing white-label features that allow me to customize it to match my brand perfectly.
The platform offers many features and tools at a great price on Appsumo, regardless of the tier you choose.
Many thanks for bringing this to Appsumo 100% deserves a Best Buy award in my book.
Your platform is powerful, hence the 4 Tacos, but needs going forth several pages multiple times, over & over again. The platform UI has many links to various pages, without any straightforward workflow templates. Therefore, it's not ment for beginners, or even somewhat advanced level users. Please consider introducing customizable templates, or 123 processes, to set automation procedures fast and actionable. I feel that it will eventually transform my business, but cannot recommend it still to close friends as it has a huge learning curve. Thank you for all features you've created
They have all you need to run your business. One of the downsides was they only had integration with zapier but now they launched API, webhooks and you find them in other integration platforms. They continue and continue launching updates, improving the functionalities and creating things that you did not know you needed but definitely make you life easier. And the best of all it is HIPAA.
I would like to see a powerups deal here too, no brainer!
Near perfect as far as forms and eSign.
Great value for the money and it is HIPAA-compliant!
I wish they offered a regular app, but it's not a big deal.
HIPAA-compliant storage!
Customer service responds within 24 hours or less.
We’ve been using a couple of CRM systems over the last few years. Client-server based, self hosted, open source, closed source, ‘free’, expensive… everything. Yet none ticked all the boxes of our requirements, until SuiteDash. Basic CRM, proposals, signing, courses, customer portal and automation and it works too!
I purchased this software to use the LMS feature to create courses to sell and was so excited to do so. Suitedash has a complete library of tutorials that guide you through the process, step-by-step, making it easy to create my first course. Then I found out in order to charge for my courses, I had to pay $40 per month for the Prime Bundle power-up which allows you to activate a setting to charge for your courses. Basically, you can create as many free courses as you want, but in order to charge for them it will cost you $40 a month. I feel a bit deceived that I did not know this prior to purchase.
I do not recommend this product. Their client portal engagement system that sends emails based on automations is severely flawed creating a massive problem sending out contact information to all contacts in the system. I reached out for support and got no responses or any solutions. Luckily there were no major PII information in the glitch.
Yes, SuiteDash does have a seemingly never ending list of features, and yes, you will need to watch a few videos in the extensive library of support videos provided to get up and running. But what you can achieve with this software is simply mind blowing. The support is responsive and always comes up with the answers I need.
No other software I could find offered the functionality of the customer portals you can create with SuiteDash. Sometimes it can take a while to work out how to achieve what you are trying to achieve, but so far I've always found a way. This is where the support staff really shine. The CRM and marketing tools are a whole other area I am yet to fully explore as my main need was a portal solution.
If SuiteDash ever comes back to AppSumo again I highly recommend giving it a go.
This app boasts a multitude of features, yet unfortunately, none function flawlessly. It lacks a comprehensive onboarding guide or step-by-step tour to aid new users. Navigating through the thousands of features without direction can be overwhelming, as the app's user experience and logical design are significantly lacking.
The instructional videos feature a presenter discussing the app's capabilities without showcasing the actual dashboard, relying instead on slides. This approach suggests that live demonstrations of the product might reveal its operational shortcomings, as it tends to encounter issues at various stages.
Despite claims of extensive functionality, users may find themselves consistently frustrated by recurring errors, making it challenging to utilize any of the advertised features effectively.
Upon accessing the dashboard for the first time, users are greeted with all features seemingly available, creating an initial impression of functionality. However, this façade quickly crumbles, revealing the reality of the app's reliability issues, leading to disappointment and skepticism regarding its legitimacy.
Writing this review after the product has left APP Sumo, but in case it ever returns, y'all should know about the company.
Support: From the first time I logged in and had questions, they were super supportive, and VERY knowledgable.
Product Viability: We all know from experience, that not all companies who place their products on APP Sumo will survive for the long haul. That's the nature of tech today, and a gamble we take by being early adopters. But jumping in to the SuiteDash world has been a pleasant surprise. They are definitely going to be a viable product and company for years to come.
Features: It's hard to beat the feature set of SuiteDash. In a world of so many static CRMs, the features on SuiteDash keep growing and improving.
Overall: When the founders of APP Sumo got together to brainstorm what would be a perfect marriage they could connect between consumer and start-up, SuiteDash and we users were probably exactly what they hoped App Sumo would achieve. Mission Accomplished!
Have spent too much on other CRM software that was just too time consuming to setup to make it worth while.
Have purchased 15 licenses for 2 companies (wish I knew about SuiteDash before so I could have saved up for more.
SuiteDash has got me very excited (basically if you are good with WordPress you'll be able to smash out the the white labelling in SuiteDash.
I've been manually running my property maintenance business for a few years now and spent half that time looking for a better solution.
Although there is a lot to setup, I se how powerful SuiteDash is, whilst actually being achievable to setup with no coding (well maybe a bit of CSS).
Already made more progress in a couple of days with SuiteDash than I did with other CRMs as I couldn't figure out how to get anything to work and they all wanted paying for assistance although there was poor documentation online.
SuiteDash has very informative videos easily accessible and showing screenshares exactly how to set things up and what the platform is capable of.
Finally my dream of automating as much as possible is looking very likely thanks to this awesome tool.
Very excited!!
The monthly subscription fees for CRM software providers are outrageous given the margins those companies are getting, it borders on unethical, which is why we've been searching for alternatives We're testing SuiteDash for two organizations with separate accounts for each one. A couple comments from our experience so far after one week:
* Customer support is responsive (usually hear back within a day or less, it would be great to have a live agent to chat with, but I don't expect that for a company at this stage), it's adequate for now.
* Some of the prefilled categories are a bit odd, almost as if it was designed for web developers (we are a strategy consulting firm)
* Security -- with so many hacks, I'm concerned that 2FA is not mandatory, but Support says they are building that in if the Admin wants to require it, which is good to hear.
* The preset categories for staff (Admin, Project Manager, Office Manager, Salesperson, Teammate) do not allow customized rights. This is a big issue for us as we prefer to create custom Roles with custom rights. The predefined rights do not make sense for specific roles. For example: Office Manager cannot be assigned tasks. Tasks can only be assigned to staff members on specific projects, so if I wanted to assign a task to my Executive Assistant, I'd have to assign her to every project.
* Staff Roles cannot be changed downward, only upwards. This is a HUGE issue that I hope they fix. Basically if you set someone as a Teammate, you can increase their rights by reclassifying them upwards to Project Manager, but if you want to reduce their rights to Freelancer, you cannot. The only way to do it is to delete the individual and then add them back, which basically wipes out any prior history. I wanted to make my CTO Admin temporarily to test the product, but there is no way I can demote him to Project Manager without deleting him! Since ware just starting out testing this Software, it's not a big deal, but imagine if you've had this for a year, every history related to the individual would be lost.
* Contacts -- If you upload contacts, ALL staff members regardless of roles has full access to them. Some of my contacts are very private and I want only select execs at our firm to be able to see them, but there is no way to manage that. For a CRM software, I think this is fundamentally a critical feature.
Despite all my gripes, I like the solution so far as the project management functions are there and we'll test other functions. The integration of various functions combing CRM with project management are what we are searching for, and once some of the quirks are fixed, we will be able to rely more on this. Giving it 5 tacos because it seems to meet our needs better than what we've seen out there. Hopefully the fix the quirks I noted.
